Your new web site with Thought-provoking stories is very sad. I have use firefox for resurch for a long time & now it is bad. I old main site showed the web site that i used. Now it has only 7 sits that I used. So how do i get rede of Thought-provoking stories?????

After downloading the latest OS on my IMac, I can no longer use the microphone on Chat GPT to dictate anything. I keep getting red "enable microphone" messages. In my Firefox settings, the microphone is already "allowed" for Chat GPT. I would like to be able to dictate, rather than type, like I was able to before. Thank you.

Im using Windows 10 Pro 64 bit on a Asus laptop with 32GB RAM in it and a i9-9980HK @ 2.40GHz. It has a GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card in it with 6GB memory. I use it for work and need to have multiple tabs open at a time as a result. I always have at least 4 tabs and can sometimes get up to around 10. I also have Zoom running as well.

I keep seeing a ton of Firefox processes open when I look at Task Manager. Attached is a screenshot I just took with 7 tabs open. It shows 34 processes in the first clump with more open outside of that one.

I unchecked Use recommended performance settings and checked Use hardware acceleration when available but all that did is lower the amount of RAM being used by 100MB. I have 2 extensions enabled in Firefox, AdBlocker for YouTube and AdBlocker Ultimate. They have never been a problem before. This lag and massive overusage of RAM has only started in the last couple of weeks.

Anyone know why this is happening or how to reduce how much RAM Firefox is using? I like this browser and would have to have to switch to another one. Thanks in advance.

I have tried to connect to a major grocery store (which I have many times) and I get "Problem Loading Page" and then The connection to www.frysfood.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

I cannot access my credit union's marketing page: "marketing.riograndecu.org" This has been a problem for the past week. I am connected to my home wifi. I repeatedly get this message:

I have 2 almost identical Windows 11 Pro 64 bit machines but Firefox is different One has MSIX-1.0 and doesn't update while the other has Firefox 141.0.3 and updates regularly!!!

I don't like the MSIX-1.0 version and want both machines to use Firefox 141.0.3

Tell me how to stop advertisers from interferring with my rows of bookmarks since many times they take my upper left bookmark location which is the one I use most often. But weird bookmarks are showing up all the time and I continually have to remove them.

TLDR I changed the main drive, a full clean installiation. And when I sign in in the browser it doesnt sync anything. Back when I had to change the former main drive the sync function worked perfectly. So I dont know why is just not works anymore.

suddenly today the mic has stopped working in Chat GPT. I have changed nothing... checked all settings, everything is ok... why does it suddenly say "Enable Mic Access to Dictate"?

I rarely used the Mozilla.org site. Use Firefox for about the last 20yrs, love you guys. Logged onto my Win10 laptop, 22Aug2025, about 7pm GMT+1, clicked on Firefox icon, got a little update window, it flashed, disappeared, did not seem to fully update, the screen came on for about 5sec, a flash. Then error messages each time I tried to go onto Firefox. First time this ever happened. When I reinstall I had to spend hours trying to get SYNC to retrieve my passwords, and bookmarks. Also a first, never had this problem previously. Now my history is gone as well as all the sites saved to my Firefox Home Page. What is going on? Also, these messages, I cannot find them in my ACCT. They just do not show up. If anyone answered me, I cannot find the replies. Were you hacked?

I think I did everything on the old computer, and created a recovery key. on the new computer I signed in but, the only email confirmation I received was for the old computer. Signing in from the new windows 11 computer led to being signed with windows 10 as shown under my account.
