Hi am having a small issue. I have latest version of the firefox browser on my desktop computer right now. What is happening when I go to a particular website I get yellow bar across the top of the browser asking me if I want to accept the cookies on the site. Then I look for the blue accept button and click it. The site will work fine but when I relaunch the website the next day or day I once again get asked again to click on accept at the top of the browser once again. What can be happening and is their any solutions for this please thanks have a good day.

version of firefox is: 75.0 64 bit system

When I sign onto a website (e.g., cnbc.com) I have to re-enter my username and password each time I move to another screen on that same website. This only seems to happen when using Firefox.

Would like a way to save the pinned and other tabs I have open in someplace, so when they get deleted I don't have to rummage thru last months History and dig out each one over again. A simple "Save this layout with date and name" somewhere would be great.

I'm having an issue when I select the Bookmarks or History menus from the toolbar. The final button on the bottom is cut off, which I think takes you to the pop-out window to view your library. The attached screenshot kind of shows what's going on. The cut off point is where the Windows taskbar starts, I wasn't able to capture it in the screenshot.

Using an Apple computer and Firefox, If in my toolbar (where the Filej, Edit, View options are), and I go to History > Recently Closed Tabs ... I see many recently opened tabs listed. How do I stop "Recently Closed Tabs" from accumulating? I want that list to always be clear.

I don't know if this is happening to you too, but it's getting me crazy. Since the latest upgrade (firefox 75), I open the program and start working normally. After one hour or so, I can not open any new tab, I have to close everything and reopen firefox again to start opening the same pages I got before to continue working with one more tab. For the first hour, everything is working as normal.

This also happens if I try to open a new window instead of a new tab.

I have tried to reset the profile but this does not do anything. Also, I have tested to start in safe mode without any add-on, but the problem is still there.

Anyone with the same problem?

Hello, I use to clear history every 2 months, but since some months the normal cancel history procedure doesn't work at all. Is there any toerh way to cancel history. I don't want to delete bookmarks and other settigns.

After having spent a fair amount of time searching to find out why javascript doesn't seem to be enabled by default, I'm perplexed. Other applications, Safari for example don't require any setup to use javaScript as far as I can tell.

I can not get rid of my falsely typed usernames that the browser so "helpfully" suggests I use whenever I start logging in on some websites.

Before any suggestions please note that Shift+Delete DOES NOT WORK! Clear History and everything else checked DOES NOT WORK!

I tried to delete the browser-cache and refreshed the HTML-File, but the problem still remains. What can I do?

This has been asked elsewhere, but my situation is different as I run every Firefox session in a Sandbox which deletes after exit. I don't generally use Firefox signed in, but when I do sign in I get two emails every time, and it is driving me nuts.

I can find a preference or security setting to turn these off. The risk should be mine to take if I so wish it; hate nannying.

Anyone got a solution? Or even a suggestion.

I have a master password I have been using for many years. It is 7 characters long. On a new windows 10 computer, I downloaded firerfox and when I tried to log in, got error that my password needs to be 8 characters.

How can I get it to accept my current 7 character password?

I was happy with firefox 63.0.1 and should not have upgraded, but I did. I seem to remember adding a CSS file to eliminate tabs in 63. How can I eliminate the tabs in the new version that I just upgarded to? Thanks

Before the attempted "repairs" I had a browser that idled at 700mgs on the home page of the browser, now after over 15 hours on this damnable site, and all the repairs attempted the browser now idles at 800mgs on the home page. It seems the "people" of mozilla have deleted my previous question since the Moderator came out to brow beat and insult me because jscher2000 withheld the data needed and start investigating my use of the browser rather than answer question.
