I have checked her browser against mine (downloaded latest version of the browser from the site last week, after a total hard drive replacement) and the settings seem the same on ll side menu items. She is getting this notice virtually every time she opens a browser page or visits a site.

Firefox is her default browser. Her laptop is running Windows 7.

She is getting extremely upset over this.

i use clear firefox quantum last version. and my mac too hot when i use it. too hot. i turn off all i can. i turn of multiproccecing but didnt help... the mac is getting hot without opened tabs! only i run firefox it gets hot. but safari didnt...

can i do something? why firefox do this to mac users? (or eny users of slow pc)

Installed an update because the programme told me to do so. Now, dont have shortcut to bookmarks at top and half of them have dissapeared. Security programmes such as ghostery have disapeared. This is not good. Youre becoming like google!

This just started happening today. First, I 'restarted' my computer, then I tried 'unpinning' the icon from the taskbar and 'repinning' the homepage icon that works. Still no luck.

I do not like the new version of Yahoo email. The directions I've read say: Go to option and click on Yahoo Classic. I cannot locate that option. Please, please, please help!! This change was done without my authorization. Thanks!

There a posts about unchecking the Avast HTTPS Scanning setting to 'fix' some problem Websites with TLS 1.3.

This was fixed back on Jun 28th with an Avast Virus Definition Update. (Check your Avast settings to make sure you are receiving Virus Definition Updates automatically.) Later, a Jul 4th Avast Virus Definition Update brought the problem back, but was quickly fixed, and retained the same Virus Definition Update name, 180704-2 back on Jul 4th.

If you still have a secure Website/Certificate problem, it can be quickly checked by temporarily turning OFF your Anti-Virus Shields or disabling your Security Extension Add-ons to see if any of these are the problem.

I thought I was getting Customer Support. I might lose all my information but I have a chance to save it. I hope someone from Firefox would please contact me.

I have my correct full account on my FireFox android app, passwords and bookmarks I can not login on Firefox on my laptop. I reset my password several times but my bookmarks and saved login info isn't there. I am afraid to sync my mobile account thinking I might lose my info.

I require some instructions in layman's terms to install Banking websites into the Bookmark Bar fro ease of use. a couple of months ago the top sites feature was became blank after an up date. Today it re-appeared with 1 bank on it and a few sites I would not call top sites. I dismissed a few, now I have I have blank squares that I can't move. What in hell's name have you done to the program? It was simple to use once. TIA Bob C

In the "Options->General Tab->Files and Applications" I have ticked the "Always ask you where to save files" option. When saving a file, (photos, videos ...), I do get the option of choosing where I would like to save it, but the file always saves to the folder that is defined in the "save files to" option. I am running Fire Fox 61.0 (64 bit) on a Windows 10 home (64 bit) platform. When I run Fire Fox in "Safe mode", The file(s) save to the folder that I point them to. I only have 8 add-ons, so I disabled all of them while Fire Fox is not running in "safe mode", but the problem continues to occur. I also tried refreshing Fire Fox, but the problem continues. This problem showed up after powering my desktop down at night, and then powering it back the next day. There were no Windows updates. I also ran virus scans with Malwarebytes, and Norton. Both showed that there are no infections.

Bing takes over my home page and search every time I open its browser. I have taken to using a German browser to get my work done. Somebody, HELP PLEASE!

I can only get on to websites with Firfox by using the top sites icons on the front page. I can't access them from using search as a white sort of pop up appears on the screen with a circle running round and I can't get rid of it. This has just happened since the last update and I have tried every setting I can find to see if I can resolve this with now success.

I have been using Firefox for many years, now I have to use other browsers which I hate. I just want this resolved.
