Recovered files and data from a failed M.2 SSD onto a USB. Did a clean install including reinstallation of Firefox on the failed machine. How do I recover the Firefox profile from the recovery USB so it can be transferred onto the restored machine?

My gmail [edited from public] @gmail.com is comprimised. Ive never downloaded this 3 party app. If you want the banking fraud details I can send but please don't let this app gain access. Tomorrow I will again have to lock my accounts. The sad thing the money is being stolen from the parent of our child. Extremely sad situation just how low this person has fallen. They believe they have had 14 g stolen in fraud delusion u need 14 g in the first place.

I can not edit the domain address in the password save section. I can change user name and pw, but not the domain name/address. This is very annoying for sites like twitter that have now changed to x as it's not straight forward and prohibitive to my own saved information and it not allowing me to alter it in the EDIT section. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Just wondering, are the Tab Groups only saved locally or also on the Account? Have also heard that the Tab Groups feature has sometimes been disabled by itself, when re-opening Firefox, and they lost all their groups and had to enable the feature again. But I don't know anything else about that, and just would like to know, if the Tab Groups can be or are saved on the Mozilla Account.

I don't care for your service when you want to make me upgrade software every month and limit the websites I can go to. I'll have to start using another browser to get away from you. You're seem like a bunch of commies.

The google page keeps showing up every 20seconds, I try to close the page down but it keeps popping up and I do not know how to stop it.

I like using Fire Fox (FF), but I am constantly met with resistance from different organizations which try to tell me to use MS Edge, or Google Chrome. It seems like FF is a problem for them. Now, after successfully using Fire Fox for decades, I can no longer log in to my bank account when using FF. I can use any other browser, but not Fire Fox. I've spoken to the bank, and they point the finger at FF (of course), but this time (unfortunately) I have to agree with the bank. What did FF do that now makes it impossible for me to access certain web pages, or certain features, like "logging in" to accounts?

Can you please un-F whatever you F'd up? Or, please explain to me why I can do everything the exact same way I've always done things when like using Brave, Chrome, Edge, Chrome Cast, and TOR, but can no longer do them when using FF

I have notice for some time the Firefox start have updates almost daily it is not too bad whats that bug me is the matter the updates only start show up the information the availability after you log in any account or web site , never in your Firefox Home. you can stay 1 hour with Firefox open with home screen and no alert of updated show 10 second after you login in on email account or enter in any web site the pop up the availability updated what start became annoying .

I cannot open the find on page toolbar. No matter if I use the ctr+f shortcut or click "find on page" in the menu, the toolbar with the text field doesn't come up. I checked and the shortcut works fine in other apps. I tried restarting firefox in the troubleshoot mode - the problem persists. I'm on the latest version of Firefox (138.0.1) and running Windows 11.

Last year, I never could get the info in to register, but it did let me do my taxes on it. I hope it lets me do mine this year. I really need to get it done, I have more to do than usual. While I was writing I saw someone ask if Mozilla and Firefox were the same, but I did not see the answer.

I use to be able to integrate my excel calendar and my wife's. Entries were different colors and changes on my computer showed up on my Ipad. Now I have my calendar but I can't find hers. Does she need to make a change on her excel as well?

I have used Firefox for ages now and love it. I have noticed in the last few months that some functions on some web sites are not able to be accessed. Such as submit, place an order, and the like. I have to use another browser. Is there any reason for this as I really don't like to use any other browser other than Firefox but it seems to be that I have to. Is there some way that I can get around this?

The last update did something to my search bar. I still have it, but when I click on it, it moves to the upper left corner, prevents me from seeing my tabs, bookmarks etc. How can I disable this annoying change? If someone has the answer, I would greatly appreciate it.
