Hi, I'm hoping to find some help to address crashing that has been happening frequently. The most recent crash has a report ID: bp-47617fc8-55f9-4d32-8713-a4ce40240426 and this happened while in 'troubleshoot' mode.

I've recently had a little video window appear in the bottom right corner of my browser screen. I can't find any control link to eliminate it other than closing it manually every time it appears. Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it?

How do I turn off those annoying "update available" notifications/reminders that keep popping up? I've gone into Settings, and in the Updates section firefox only let's me select auto updates or check for updates. I searched online but couldn't seem to find anything about how to disable the notifications all together with the newer version of FF. It's driving me crazy, thinking of switching browsers because of this. Thanks in advance!

The past two days Ive had about a dozen addons all updated with the same similarity, i.e.

visited-color picker 1.2resigned1

Every one has not been updated for 6-7 years. I don't see any release notes. Is this some sort of qualifying re-certification procerss?

I have attached images of what slowly occurs when I don't clear my cookies, websites start to slowly and slowly load less and less until they eventually completely break and wont load and I have to clear my cookies, resign into everything. and rinse and repeat every few days or a week, I also attached an image of what the purchase screen is supposed to look like. Hello Support, 5-1-2024 First Time in a decade I've had to contact support. Please TELL me why there are 13 instances of firefox running at the same time. It is take so much memory up and really slowing my machine down on the internet also. Tell me how to fix otherwise I will have to switch to a different web browser. I realy love firefox and have been using since It was released. I really Don't want to switch Browers but this is to much any more. It has become much worse than a Year ago. I do Not have any addons or extension installed now, I don't use them enough to install. Thank you for your help in this BIG HOG memory problem.

I have managed to figure out ways to remove items from context menus from various pages here and around the web however it always seems to leave an additional unwanted separator line that I cannot find how to get rid of.

There are a number of additional lines I am looking to remove but the current one that is annoying me (based on most usage) is the additional line between 'Copy Link Without Site Tracking' and Search which is an add-on - Simple Context Search - https://tinyurl.com/yck5c (as shown in the attachment).

I did have 'search google for...' directly above the 'Search for Google' option which I removed.

I also removed 'Copy Link' which was above the 'Copy Link Without Site Tracking' option which I also removed.

Hope the above makes sense and any help greatfully appreciated.

We have used Firefox for access to certain sites for years. Recently, we wanted access to particular sites, but the info boxes needed would now not allow entries. Then, we went to Chrome and there was no problem entering the info. Please provide a response to resolve these issues of Firefox not allowing data entry, but Chrome allowing data entry for the same sites.

I use the Rapport Add-on to protect my personal info especially when doing on-line banking at the moment I have to use Chrome but I would rather stay with Firefox but you dont have this extension why?

I am using Firefox v125.0.2. When I open a PDF in Firefox it takes a lot of time to load. But, when the same PDF opened in the Edge browser it loads normally and scrolling through PDF pages renders fast. I have shared the screenshot of a single-page pdf loading taking quite a long time.

Could someone please help me with this.

I have a NAS server, where I save all my data. When I type the local address 192.168.2.10:5001 I always get the warning That this is a malicious site. I havo enter I know the risk etc. which cost me time and is useless, since my NAS server is under my control.

I have tried to put the server address in several exceptions, but they disappear.

How to tell Firefox that my Nas srver is safe?

I was using Amazon just fine a few days ago. When I tried to open an amazon link yesterday, I got the message: Secure Connection Failed. I tried updating my browser and clearing my cache and cookies. Please fix
