I reinstalled Firefox and can no longer access features by clicking on tabs or menu buttons at the top of the screen. That was most convenient. The Microsoft browser doesn't have the access along the top of the screen either. Please let me know if that is an option in Firefox. Thank you.

Since the latest update, the findbar is not displaying for me. I hit ctrl+f and I can type a word and it will highlight on the page, but I can't see the findbar itself.

In my about:config, the only modified findbar preferences I have modified are:

userchrome.floating-findbar-on-right userchrome.floating-findbar-on-right.enabled

I have tried changing them from true to false, but it doesn't fix the issue.

How can someone give feedback to Mozilla, not to the "help forum" per se? I want to let Mozilla know I do not like the Firefox logo with its surrounding invisible banner that takes up two-thirds of my home page and pushes my medallions or icons thingies of saved links so far down that they are most invisible. This makes no sense and is unpopular, I have been able to take it off the Home Page, but no linger can go into the config to change it appearing. The web is abuzz with unhappy users over this new update. I want to tell Mozilla, but all I can get is the Forum, which I assume is full of other Firefox users like me, and not "Deciders". Suggestions?

When uploading a file to attach to another app...the upload window opens up in dark mode. I don't like this and I did not change anything but it happens repeatedly. i have checked all options in settings to make sure the light mode is checked. Why is this happening. i did not change anything. Please advise. Thanks

My menu bar is missing. The instructions I have is to click on the open application menu, go to Customize, at the bottom click on 'Toolbars' and then on the menu bar to make the change. I have searched using obvious words like 'customize', 'toolbar'. and 'menu bar', but all I get is 'Not found'. Am I missing something here?

I wanted to change my Firefox font to one that I downloaded on my computer, but I am not very smart and can't really figure out how to change it since it doesn't appear on the list of fonts I can change it to in settings. I have it as a .ttf file if that's relevant.

Hello I've inadvertently changed my Firefox settings while I was using the new background feature. The pages are now all white and text boxes on programs highlighted. Many aspects are highlighted and I can't click into boxes like the one below that says "Email me when someone answers the thread", I can't see the cursor at times. Would someone be able to assist please? thank you, Susan

Updated to Firefox 152.0.1 and I've noticed about:privatebrowsing now has a very bright garish (subjective) purple background; I'd like to replace this with something else.

Here's what I've tried so far:

• Adding the css in this 2023 reddit post to my userchrome.css
• Fiddling with about:config, per Ty and James' replies in this similar 2022 question
• As a sanity check, directly editing the style element of the body tag in the inspector to check if `background-color: #424242` the css works. (obviously doesn't stick, see first point)
• As a second sanity check, changing the colour in the userchrome.css to fuchsia, as I'd read in older articles there'd sometimes be a flash of colour before something else was applied and bright pink is easier to see than grey
• Changing the Firefox theme from System theme (Auto) to Dark, Light, and then Firefox Alpenglow to see if that would change the background colour (it doesn't).

I do see that Alpenglow theme now matches about:privatebrowsing shockingly well, but it's not my preferred flavour of utilitarian blacks/dark greys.

Tried to show what I'm after, screenshot of about:privatebrowsing in a split view next to about:newtab. Other than above, the only other things in my userchrome.css are some styles to attempt to return curvy tabs edges.

Vorne vor der eingabezeile ist seit neuerem ein Symbol. das zum Aufklappen ist. Bei mir: z. B, Cronik, und genau dieses will ich statt "Verbindung haben, bzw. dauerhaft ändern wollen. wer kann helfen ? Danke Hermann

Please explain why all of a sudden with the installation of v152.0.4, the DATE & TIME on the far right of the top menu bar appear dim (barely visible), when ALL OTHER Firefox menu items are bright as they have always been.

What is the fix for this lovely new bug brought with the newest version of FF ?

Running FF on a MacAir with the latest MacOs Sequoia 15.7.4.
