My Firefox app was crashing, so I turned off my computer. When I turned it on, Firefox was completely reset: no profile, app initialization... I also cannot find my profile into my files.

Could you help me please ?

For some time it has been a frequent problem with firefox not showing my bookmarks but today it has not even allowed me to restore them, when will this be fixed, I prefer not to use other browsers myself. The restore window is dead it seems.

В очередной раз пропали все мои вкладки! По непонятной причине, после очередного запуска браузера, все вкладки (около 50) не открылись - только 1 последняя! У меня в данном аккаунте был профиль КАТОК, он пропал и я не могу восстановить его и вкладки в нем. Если Вы мне не поможете я навсегда перестану пользоваться Вашим браузером, т.к. слишком часто пропадают все данные!

Yesterday, I had a trusted Firefox browser with bookmarks going back many years. Today, I have a Firefox browser which has zero bookmarks and no import capabilities. For the first time since Firefox, Edge is starting to look better.

I woke up this morning and opened firefox. Normally it opens the days previous tabs and this morning it didn't. When I tried 'restore recent tabs' it didn't do it. When I went into history and found the previous day's back up and tried to restore it also failed. Can you help?

This has happened several times in the last 4 months or so, it had never happened prior to that and I've used Firefox for years. It now occurs when I open Firefox after my computer has either been shutdown, or the computer does a restart. I am signed in to my Mozilla account.

Where are profiles and bookmarks and search history stored on my computer..

Maybe I can manually recover data, especially history and passwords.

Otherwise it's easier to just use Chrome

Since the last upgrade I have lost ALL bookmarks, History, everything is gone, Passwords also

I tried loading the old profile god knows what it is called, and there's still nothing

WHY DOESN'T FIREFOX BACKUP EVERYTHING BEFORE FORCING CHANGES

TURNS ME OFF USING FIREFOX.

My old laptop broke so I got a new one. I logged in to firefox, but had to change the password as I didnt remember it. Firefox said "the safed passwords might be lost" but I had to do it anyways.

Indeed the passwords are gone. Is there a way to get access to these passwords? I figure if I only could use my old laptop again, the passwords would still be there.

Unfortunately I now have Windows 11. My bookmarks have just disappeared today, so how may I restore them? I understand that Firefox stores my bookmarks, so can I restore the same bookmarks when I had Windows 10?
