You erraced some of my passwords, I want them back. I spend hours trying to find my info. I am 80 yrs old and do not need this aggravation. Thank you Moira

All of my bookmarks; hundreds of them, disappeared from the folders that appear along the top of the task bar and the folders are now empty. I cannot locate a backup file which is supposedly saved automatically and the appearance of a folder on my desktop titled "old Firefox data" doesn't help resolve the situation. I need help recovering these book marks if possible.

Your AUTOMATIC update closed all web pages that were open last session, offers no option to restore previous session, and took me 2 hours just to get bookmarks back. I had way too many pages open, but I have lost some important research for work that was in process. Multiple support options didn't work until I found one that would for bookmarks, but the history seems to be unretrievable. Not how i wanted to spend my morning.
