The new Firefox built-in VPN, rolled out to Australia this week, is not redirecting to the chosen country location.

Despite selecting either US or UK in the country list, websites are still identifying me as located in Australia.

For example, despite VPN being on and US selected, cunard.com still redirects me to my home location of Australia (see https://www.cunard.com/en-au in address bar). Screenshot attached. Other websites similar.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where the built-in Firefox VPN feature has completely disappeared from my browser interface. I cannot see the icon on the toolbar, and the feature is not active. Could you please clarify if this feature has been geo-restricted or temporarily disabled for certain regions, or if there is another hidden preference I need to modify to restore it? Thank you for your assistance.

i want to try the new vpn option, but i cant see the vpn option in the costumize toolbar options. the help page directing there, but the option itself is not there.

The Firefox built-in VPN button disappears from my toolbar as well as from my customized toolbar options.

I wonder what is happening and I would like to recover it.

I am currently testing the new VPN feature in Firefox. I Is noticed that Firefox always starts with this integrated VPN being off. I searched but I didn't find any way to have it always on when launching VPN. Is that possible?

I now do have the VPN button on my toolbar but when I click on "Turn On VPN" nothing happens. I am logged in in my Firefox profile through the VPN settings under Privacy and Security.

I am on Mac OS 15.7.7, Firefox 151.0.1.

Why am I not able to turn on the VPN?

ive been testing out the VPN to see what all it can do but the data never seems to go down, which....im not complaining about xD but i also dont wanna get stuck with a big bill. has anyone else experienced this?

I was not given a VPN setup on restarting Firefox, and have no VPN icon in my toolbar. I have tried using customise toolbar, but there is no VPN icon to add back. Version 150.0, automatically opened to "What's New in Firefox 150" on starting Firefox, just without a new VPN icon. Thanks

I wanted to use the Firefox browser VPN to check what the price of a certain Patreon subscription is in another country, but when the VPN is on, the website still correctly identifies my current location and shows me the price in my current country's currency. Is this a limitation of the VPN, or did I not set it up correctly?

I don't know how or why but apparently Mozilla VPN has been installed on my computer. I don't think I ever requested it as I have Express VPN and I never subscribed to it. I've attached a screenshot and I don't know what else this could mean (note: I am technologically challenged). I didn't have my Express VPN turned on at the time I took this picture.

I'm using version 151.0.1 (64-bit) in France. I don't see the VPN configuration prompt in the top-right corner of my Firefox toolbar, nor do I see the VPN icon in the toolbar… What should I do, please?

I wanted to reactivate the integrated vpn. The help side says to do it from the Customize Toolbar side. But there is no symbol of the integrated vpn in the list there. (integrated vpn is available here, I got it on my other computer).

How can I reactivate it otherwise?

Don't know what happened but suddenly the VPN icon got huge after an update to FF151. It may have happened after I installed Nightly. Don't remember. Any idea how I can fix it?

Hi there, while the built in vpn is working perfectly fine on my windows workstation, i miss the vpn button in the top right corner of this M1 Air. I tried the advised procedures, but there is no vpn button in the toolbar setup. My system uses Little Snitch as firewall. Any help would be appreciated.
