I'm sorry, I registered this account for my 5-year-old sister to play. She wanted to play. She clicked something and I don't know. But please let my sister play. Please.

So my internet speed is around 100 Mbps but i only get 10 to 12 Kbps when download a small file, idk why because i tried using ethernet and it is still 10 to 12 kbps (sorry for bad english)

I am unable to access my account because I no longer have access to the email address and phone number linked to it. I have forgotten the password, and I cannot recover the account through the usual methods. Please assist me in recovering my account.
