Every couple of minutes Firefox just freezes. YouTube buffers, all open tabs just stop working. I can open new tabs but i cannot search up anything or go into any websites. Is there any fix for this?

Last week we lost the progress bar at the bottom of videos on Prime Video. When I cursor over the bar it returns Infinity:NaN:NaN. Switching to MS Edge and the progress bar appears as normal. I get the same results in Firefox on both my PC and Laptop. I have updated and reinstalled Firefox to the lastest version. I have NOT added any new extensions in the last year.

Since the redesign a lot of thing don't work anymore.

In the menu at the right side with the dots important items e.g. bookmarks are not contained any more . How do I manage my bookmarks with the new Design? Is it possible to return to the old menu? Is there a manual explaining the new menu? The German help page online explains how it used to work.

I first noticed that things don't work anymore when I tried to download my subscribed newspaper in the app for this particular newspaper. Regards, Ute

Desktop Firefox 142.0.1 (aarch64) iPhone 11, iOS 18.5, Firefox 144.1 (62735)

I just reinstalled the desktop which needs the mobile phone's bookmarks. If I wipe the phone bookmarks, I lose everything. Backup, how on the phone? Sync, how? The Firefox Bookmarks Sync isn't an exact science and a misstep could be catastrophic!

Here's what I'm looking at on the desktop and the phone, attached. 1. Desktop Firefox Bookmarks Sync window show a 3 horizontal lines (hamburger icon) for iOS Firefox settings. 2. Phone Firefox has 3 horizontal dots (meatballs icon) for iOS Firefox 3. Phone Firefox has my Firefox account logged in and a Settings option, but which one (I choose Settings 4. Phone Firefox Settings shows my ACCOUNT and a Sync Now option, but which one (I don't want the phone to Sync and pull no data from the desktop and wipe the phone Bookmarks (no backups)).

Hello, I am no longer able to sign into my Apple iCloud account and tools (Mail, Calendar, Notes, etc) through my Firefox browser. The problem started this past Friday, and it happening on both my home office and work laptops. When I switch to my Microsoft Edge browser on the same 2 laptops, I am able to sign-in to my iCloud account and tools without any difficulty. So it is not a problem on the Apple iCloud side. I am able to access my iCloud account and tools/apps from my iPhone and my iPad as always. It is only when I try to login from a Firefox browser window that I get a "Failed to Verify Your Identity" error message.

I did a new Windows 10 install yesterday. I then added my favourite apps.

When I got Firefox installed, adjusted the settings and added my extensions (most of which I've used for years), I found a glitch.

The icons for AdBlocker Ultimate and LastPass do not show up in the Customize Toolbar menu. I keep both of these on my toolbar in the past.

I've tried restarting Firefox several times and, finally, tried running it in Troubleshoot Mode. The last, it seems, doesn't allow the use of extension.

So ... please help!

For my Canvas courses, where there should be embedded videos, nothing shows up. However, the videos do appear on both chrome and microsoft edge. I have tried disabling UBlock origin on Canvas and it makes no difference. Attached are screenshots of what I see in Firefox (no video) vs Edge (video).

when I go to icloud.com to view and download photos and all my icloud stuff on my phone, I can no longer sign in using firefox. I turned off the shield security but no help. There used to be a pop-up that let you enter the code apple emailed you so you could access your icloud stuff on the web. Now there is no place to enter the code they send you. I enabled pop-ups too, but that didn't work. Help! I need my photos! And I use that site pretty much constantly-

14-inch MacBook Pro 2021, MacOs Sequoia 15.6.1 - Attempting to log in to my iCloud account on Firefox I receive the message, "Failed to verify your identity. Try again."

I can't find the adjustment for my screen size. It's overrunning all the edges of my monitor making it impossible to see my panel on top and bottom. Is it in my computer or is it firefox?

When I use the search engine it will not open and says "Hmm we're having trouble finding that site". My Bookmarks all work and open fine but i cannot search anything?

I have contacted Microsoft. After testing the link/page loads in Edge, Chome (with and without addins same in ff) and Brave. But does not load in FF (with addon's disabled) nor in Private browsing FF (no addins obviously) they said to reach out to FireFox for support. I tried in edge (regular, not private) and it plays the stupid slideshow with music just fine, and I can get out of it and view the regular memory page that I want (Music really!? Ubuntu - I use the SNAP version of Firefox - I generally have lots of tabs open but only use 5 or so of them and it's generally fine.... but when I am closing Firefox, it USES like 100% of the CPU and ALL of the RAM and ALL of the SWAP memory when closing.

This locks up the computer.

Sometimes it doesn't quite go all the way but I can watch it all happen in real time, using Task Manager - and that shows a solidwall of all resources occouring, when the close Firefox is run.

I am told by research via ChatGPT that this is a very real problem with the SNAP version and it's best to change to the Debian version, copy all the bookmarks etc., across and then uninstall the SNAP version.

It's rather disconcerting to have Linux crash because of this one app locking it up and frequently.

Hello,

This started happening recently, in the last 30 days. Gray screen is shown when I clink on any photo in "Your memories from this day" email from photos@onedrive.com. If I go to OneDrive, then select today's date the issue is the same.

I've tried the same actions in Chrome and the photos are shown without issues.

Can someone help with this?
