I need to enter a firefox primary password. I cannot enter an existing primary password. A reset is required. How can I change the firefox primary password? I need help resetting.

Hi, I need to reinstall my windows, I forget my Firefox account and create a new one and lost all my saved password. Is there any way to retrieve it? I create Firefox account ofc to save the password, but if the account cannot save the password whats the point to create an account.

Would you like to explain to me why the Dashlane Extension will either not load or will load after several minutes? Rather a catch 22 isn't it. You want my password to raise this issue; but, you will not give me access to my password vault. It used to work just fine. What did you change?

Also telling that Mozilla holds the keys to the realm but have zero interest in providing direct support.

Master Password not working. When I go to passwords, screen is fuzzy and I'm not able to log in. I can see on the fuzzy screen "no saved passwords" but the screen is not functioning.

I can no longer sign in to Last Pass on Firefox but can sign in on Chrome. I've been a loyal Firefox user for years. I don't want to switch to another browser. How can I fix this?

I am using a primary password. However the password is required when I open Firefox as well as for password protected websites I visit. Is there a way to not have to put in the primary password every time I open Firefox? I feel duplicate protection is unnecessary and time consuming.

How do I get rid of this? Please be specific.

Previously asked this question but didn't receive any Mozilla support. All they replied with was "we really only help with account or VPN issues now."

How is someone supposed to get a bug taken care of?

Since update to version 132, the primary password box keeps popping up, randomly, even after I put in the password. Only started happening after update to 132.

Can someone from Mozilla actually look into this?

at first I thought my passwords did not transfer from safari to Firefox . Firefox said that I'm all signed in and everything is good. If not, please let me know. thanks

Recently many sites have (for reasons I cannot fathom) introduced a pre-login form: ie a form that requires a username to be entered before an password text box is provided. This seems to be a trend and it is incredibly annoying.

The issue I have is that FF does not recognise the page/form as a login page and therefore does not provide a list of usernames for the domain in question.

Any advice or help would be very much appreciated.

I have been trying to re-establish my email Yahoo account without success for over the last ten days after downloading Firefox as my browser. None of my previous passwords are accepted. I am in despair as I am in my late eighties and relatively house-bound and in two days time will have to get a repeat prescription from the pharmacist. I use Amazon very frequently. Because I had a small problem yesterday I noticed there was a login name on my browser, which comes up automatically when I open Amazon. I have my normal login name using my email address, as well as my wife's email address for her login if she uses my machine. As well as those two there is also my old login with my previous email address and another which I do not recognize. I have tried clearing cache but that does not get rid of it. How do I remove the ones I do not want? I have another similar and related question. Whenever I fill out a form on the web, it automatically tries to enter the data for me. This used to be great and saved a lot of time and typing. However we mover from Florida to Illinois last year and Firefox is still loading my old Florida data. I then have to delete it and enter the current addresses etc. How do I get this brought up to date with my current address please?

What is happening with Firefox? I have not been able to access my Virgin Media email for two weeks now. Cannot accept cookies for online banking - it flashes up and disappears before I can click accept. Now cannot log in to my library account. No problem with any of these issues on Bing
