I cannot see imported bookmarks from previous browser after reformatting. I exported old bookmarks to a html file. It shows 'bookmarks imported successfully' but there is nothing in the bookmarks toolbar.

I am trying to create a separate, standalone Mozilla account using my work email address, but I am stuck in an account routing loop after deleting it as a secondary email from my personal account.

I added my work email as a secondary email to my personal Mozilla account long time ago, 4 days ago deleted the secondary email from my personal account settings to register it as a separate account instead.

Attempted to sign up at accounts.firefox.com, but the system automatically routes the email to the Sign In screen instead of the Sign Up screen. I encountered Error messages entering a password on the Sign-in screen displays: "Primary account email required for sign-in".

Then requesting a password reset displays: "Unknown account".

Troubleshooting Already Tried:

Tried signing up in Private/Incognito windows across multiple browsers (Firefox, Chrome).

Waited over 72 hours for the system cache to clear, but the sign-in page still routes the address as an existing account.

Can you please escalate this to the Mozilla Accounts operations team to clear or purge the stale secondary email mapping for work email in the sign-in lookup index.

I purchased a new Apple laptop, a MacBook Neo, & need to import bookmarks from my old MacBookAir to the Neo. No success thus far after going to Mozilla article "Sync bookmarks...." & following those instructions.

Hello! My Firefox browser is currently in a state where all fonts/letters in the Firefox interface (bookmark bar, settings, about page, website name...) are replaced by undecipherable characters.

I've searched for similar problems already and tried so far the following steps to resolve, unsuccesfully...

• Opening the browser in Safe Mode / Deactivating all extensions
• Uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox

• Disabling hardware acceleration
• Trying on another profile




When I copy paste said text to another window (ex: Notepad, Chrome Browser…) it appears properly. And as you can see in the screenshots below the text in actual websites is readable -- only the browser's interface, setting, address bar... are scrambled.

Does that bug rings any bell? Do you have any other troubleshooting steps I should try to resolve this? Any help will be appreciated! : )

I am in China and do not seem to be able to connect to the Mozilla Firefox VPN, to access my gmail (and other features). When I try to turn it on, I get a message: "Could not connect to VPN: Try again in a few minutes" I did this many times. Should I continue trying or is it hopeless?

For the past few weeks, I have been having problems playing certain Facebook videos. It seems to only happen when I try to play a video that was recorded live. I have tried clearing the cache, I've tried a private window, and I've tried safe mode. I still can't get the video to play. However, when I copy and paste the url to Safari, it works fine. I have been able to play "live" videos while they are actually "live"; it's just that they will not load when I try to play them later. I don't have any problems playing videos which have been uploaded to Facebook; only those which were recorded live. The videos just show a circle in the middle as if they are trying to load but nothing else happens. The length of the video does not matter; it happens with short videos as well as long ones. The screenshot image (of a random "live" video I found) I am uploading shows a partial black circle in the center, which is a spinning circle in realtime. I have circled it in red.

Sometime in the last week or two, every page starts with a banner that says "you must sign in to the internet to continue". I'm already/always signed in. On those few occasions when I click on the network login link (rather than clicking X to dismiss this dangerous and wrong banner), it shows a very dangerous site and says that site is prohibited. (As it should be.) So why is the banner demanding that I log in (forcing me to click X to dismiss it)? This feels like your site has been compromised, that some malicious actor is forcing this prompt on every page. (And even after I click X to dismiss it, it reappears 10-15 minutes later.

Hi, I've accidentally created a new profile and I totally didn't know what was happening as I've had this internet browser setup for years and didn't even remember creating a profile. That's why I ended up deleting all profiles thinking that's how to get things back to how they were but now everything is gone, years worth of saved bookmarks, passwords etc. It only happened recently and I have not restarted my laptop, not emptied the bin folder etc. Is there any way to recover my profile? I'm on a Mac.

I am building a game that uses the canvas. Since the last update a lot of images are not displaying. I have always used Firefox to test the game and never had a problem. Test on other browsers have no problem. I have tried on localhost and on a live server. I have fingerprinting turned off.

I moved bookmarks from old mac to new mac so I can visit all my websites. However no user names and passwords load on the new mac. I hit sync over and over and nothing happens. Thx in advance for your help.

You used to be able to view all of your synced tabs from other devices by going into the toolbar menu > your profile > the device name but I went in today to pull a tab from my phone onto my laptop and it only shows about 5 tabs total. You have to click "see all # tabs" which then opens in the sidebar of the browser. I hate the sidebar, it just does not work well with my brain/visualization needs, and have been doing everything i can to avoid it. Is there a way for me to revert the display settings of synced tabs specifically? As I use them frequently enough that I am going to have to look into changing browsers if I continue to have to utilize the sidebar
