On the newest firefox update on Windows PC My PDF reading has been not displaying PDFs correctly on Firefox I tested on other PDF views and they work as normal (All images are normally white with black text PDFs) Sometimes it displays nothing at all (as seen in Image 1) Some pages will display correctly but the rest won't (as seen in Image 2) Some pages will display text but strangely (as seen in Image 3) It does flash white sometimes while scrolling but it still doesn't show text

Sometimes, when I want to use the Take a Screenshot function (on my toolbar) to save a long section of a page, after selecting what I want and scrolling down to the Download button, the process positions the page's floating 'identification' bar across the the middle of the picture. Is there a way to set a keyboard shortcut to trigger the download command after making the selection, without the need to scroll down to see the button? This would greatly simplify the process. In some limited searching and testing, I haven't found anything that accomplishes this.

I have attached a screenshot of a page to serve as an example of how the bar is superimposed.

FWIW, this system is still running Windows 7, Firefox 115.22.0 esr.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with all the latest Windows updates installed; running Windows version 23H2. Firefox release I'm having problems with: 137.0.2.

Just upgraded to release/version 137.0.2. The first time I open Firefox each day it takes about 2 to 3 minutes for ANY website to load. Sometimes when a web page does eventually load none of the images display.

I have tried same websites using Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge. Websites don't have problems loading using either of those 2 browsers unless I have Firefox open in another window. If they load slowly, as soon as I close Firefox, web page load quickly in Chrome or Msoft Edge.

Not a RAM problem because I typically have around 20% of my RAM being used.

Did not have any of these problems using Firefox version 137.0.1.

after upgraded to 137.0.2 ... 'settings, general page, applications,ms-settings' calls for 'Use Settings (default). since i keep all app settings at 'always ask' what is this new setting, or why did it change? thankyou

I accidentally uninstalled firefox and need to recover passwords and bookmarks. Can this be done? I run an old dell latitude with Windows 10 and was trying to cleanup apps running in background at startup since it was running very slowly. At one point I saw 2 firefox icons. Uninstalled one and lost everything. Can you help me. Michael Evans

I'm trying to setup a new laptop and when I try to log in I enter my password, I get my email with my 2 factor code, enter it and then it kicks me back to the password screen saying "Incorrect password" . I've reset the password a few times and still get the same behavior. Am I only allowed to have 1 device logged in at once? I know in the past I was able to have multiple computers logged in.

Firefox tanked everything I had open on my browser including job postings that I was applying to. I can't get them back. I'm so furious beyond belief! Everything I was researching - ALL GONE!!

Windows 10 is on my laptop but firefox is showing windows 8. i need to have firefox version 124 or above for an online form-filling exercise

I'm not very techy anymore - alas - so please help me - in plain engligh - to sort this out

 Ever since the latest update, I couldn't go to my sites including to the bank sites!! And some of the sites like daz3d.com and growfinancial.org is buffering badly than usual! Could you please fix this problem asap. Thank you

I am trying to sign in , Firefox is my browser. message come on that firefox is running but it does not open. I close it once and again as the same sign comes uo telling me it is running and close the attempts.

Do I really NEED to swithc to another browser to avoid this?

the latest browser update removed all my toolbar folders, all my Recent activity , my history etc etc, i am so damn pissed off about this as i had my work and personal websites saved in all my folders, ans all my favorite websites saved in my recent activity, so i want all them back ASAP so how do i do that?

this is urgent that someone fixes this asap , so it would be much appreciated for you to fix the issues as it was your update that done it.

Now that Mozilla/Firefox have joined Google on the dark side, who is everyone switching to? I would like something that works well in both Windows and android. I hear Opera can't be trusted and I don't like how there are like 6 difference versions of Opera in the android app store. DuckduckGo is just badly made IMO. Edge causes some glitches with one of the sites I use most. Should I try Brave? I just want a browser to BROWSE the web. I don't want AI. I don't need a VPN or adblock built in. I don't want a "gamer" browser. A decent local password manager would be nice but I don't want to have to make an account to use it. I know if the product is free, you are the product, so I would almost prefer a browser you pay for but oddly that doesn't seem to be a popular option. Probably because the user data the companies collect makes them more money then people would be willing to pay. Sad times. I miss the 90's.

Hi Mozilla, I'm a loyal and longtime user and have had no major problems I can remember in the last 15 years. Recently, however, I've found that over the last seven or so months I have had great difficulty managing my New York Times (http://www.nytimes.com) and New Yorker (https://www.newyorker.com/account/profile) accounts. I have had to update credit card information, change passwords and update personal information and I've only been able to do this by switching to an alternate browser (usually Safari). I'm constantly told that I should be using Chrome with them, which I DO NOT want to do. Can you find out why Firefox won't fully work with these sites? There is a drop down menu with a list of search engines to swap between. I'd like to never see this again for the rest of my life. How do i remove this from my browser?

Recently I have noticed 'Your browser is being managed by your organization. - That being ImportEnterpriseRoots' appearing in settings. I have seen this mentioned by others but as of yet I cannot see if it has been sorted yet. I have uninstalled and it went away, but it has since returned the following day. I Do not have any other anti-virus on this laptop other than Windows Defender so it cannot be that. I will not be using Firefox as default until this is gone, or at the very least know that its safe.
