properly. A lot of the text comes out in very narrow columns. The problem happens quite often on eBay. Chrome does render it properly. Could you please look into this? Thanks, Jon

Until recently, I resisted allowing updates for Firefox because of the announcements of changes to prevent access to some technical kinds of website which I use. These include the public websites of the Paris Observatory which include useul informational ftp pages with important text, data and software files.

  I did recently allow a Firefox update, and now I find that I am cut off from access to these ftp pages. 
  How can I re-enable access to ftp? If it can't be done in the new version of Firefox, how can I return to an older Firefox version that does allow such access?

It appears web sites can track my activity on their site. How do I make it so a given web site can't track me? Does Firefox have a setting that makes it more difficult to track me on a given web site? I've seen where a VPN, not sure what that is, can be of big help. How do I initiate a VPN and are there free VPN's? When I visit this particular site it states, "from your site login activity" and goes on from there what they want to do. How do I make it more difficult for a web site to be able to track my log in activity? Will a VPN solve this problem? Or, does Firefox have various accessories that can do the same thing? I know deleting cookies with this particular site does not solve the issue for me. Can someone help? Thank you.

I got mad at a website that wouldn't let me right click menu to save pictures, so I stubbornly saved them via less efficient means, in the process I picked up the Long Screenshot extension and this had an error shortly before or after I had an issue with Lightshot not appearing, other extensions did not appear either when I added them during this time period, but now these all appear with the exception of Lightshot, which gets deleted and reinstalled only to not appear, that of course being the problem, though I will also say that a right click menu not being there is like reaching onto my computer and pulling my finger away, sites that do that should be given the cold shoulder somehow, at least.

Until the most recent update of Firefox, I was able to access atrribute data of a GIS map feature on the GIS Open Data, State of Michigan website:

Now, I can not click on any feature. I can do this, however, using Chrome. What is the issue, here?

I have this problem CONSTANTLY with 100.0. i keep 2 browsers open, (1 Email, 1 ebay) After 5-10 minutes, firefox "Loses" internet connection. and i have to clear the startup cache, to get back online, only for it to happen again... and again, and again, and again! Didnt have this issue with the previous update. PLEASE HELP! and please keep the answers simple, im not well versed in programming language

How do I change my "saved" email Address in your browser? It currently has my very old email address: [edited email from public] @cox.net. Many websites display that old setting associated with my info/reply. In my canned responses, I can change/update my name, phone #, etc....but cannot repeat cannot change the email address. The block displays: [edited email from public] @cox.net. I have went to settings, privacy & security, etc in your application to search how I can update this Old Email Address. Your application always sends email to my correct address: [edited email from public] @gmail.com but when I reply to the site/request my response/page displays the old incorrect email. Please Please advise how I can correct this severe problem. It prevents me from donating to viable causes/programs because my reply lists my incorrect email address.....BTW I will be most most happy to donate to you guys if we can get this error corrected. Why do I keep getting Access Denied error messages when I try to open common sites like Lowes or Autozone? These sites have always worked with no problem for many years but now do not open. I have tried deleting all my history but they still don't work. Ready o quit FireFox.

I realize this may not be a browser issue. But, I'm pulling my hair out trying to find a solution to my problem and I'm hoping someone at Firefox may have a solution or suggestion. My problem is, how in the world do I get help or support with my Yahoo email account. Yes, the site has help and support links, but you have to pay to use the. Frankly, rather bazaar you have to pay for support when you're the client. So, does anyone at Firefox have a solution or suggestion to access help/support to Yahoo emails accounts or Yahoo without paying for the support? Thank you.

Dear Sir.

In the search section of Firefox for a topic in Firefox right at the home page... when I type a topic to search.... it transfers my typed information to the very top of the page leaving the middle title box for search blank. I can't see what I'm typing in properly because of this...........

In Microsoft Edge this type in search works perfectly...You type it in the big search box and it then searches perfectly...and you can see better what your typing in......

In Firefox it's showing a search box to type in your information but converts it to this tiny box on top of the page.....it's terrible to use compared to Edge....

Can this be modified to work like the search page in Microsoft Edge with a Firefox update?

Please fix the abovementioned problems,make a browser bit faster,improve the consistancy of the browser so that it will stop crushing.Please make it stop alternating or change mail pages.
