I've asked about this before but got no help Firefox is my browser of choice. Occasionally, I find in necessary to use Chrome.

The vast majority of time, when are both are active at the same time, one or both crash, like today. Firefox closed abruptly, then the crash report appeared. I have the crash report. Chrome froze up, and had to be shut down in Task Manager.

It only occurs in this scenario. Rarely does Firefox crash otherwise.

Can someone please advise where to go to get help?

In the last few days, after some minutes of usage, parts of Firefox become unclickable:

- I can still click on tabs to change tabs. - When hovering over the cross button to close a tab, it changes appearance as it should. Clicking the button does nothing. Ctrl+w still closes the button. - Clicking on the address bar does nothing. - Cannot click on back, forward, refresh buttons. - Cannot click on any add-ons. - Cannot click on preferences. - Can click on the button to open a new tab. There, I can enter an address. Once the page has loaded, address bar becomes unclickable again. - Bookmarks toolbar is still working as expected. - Keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+t, ctrl-w, ctrl-l) still work as expected.

Why am I receiving repeated warnings from Malwarebytes about blocking every-day websites due to a "Trojan"? The sites include Gmail, Ancestry.com, Newspapers.com and others.

The report warnings are being generated by the Malwarebytes program on my PC. They are confusing to me. I am running Windows 11. The warnings are being logged by the Malwarebytes program in the "Web Protection" section of its "Detection History" web page. In every instance, the log reports are the same: in the URL identification column there is no identification of the URL, only repeated instances of "N/A"; the IP address is identical for all the warnings; the port is always "0"; the file column alternates from "C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Mozilla VPN\Mozilla VPN.exe" to "System" and back again to "C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Mozilla VPN\Mozilla VPN.exe"; in the final column of the log, the Date column, the warnings began last evening, Monday the 12th, at 6:50 p.m. and have now extended to to a total nine warnings.

Even as I was writing this communication, the Malwarebytes warning popped up on my screen, telling me that this website and this web page are blocked due to the presence of a Trojan.

Is my PC infected? The Malwarebytes "scan" reports no "detections." I am at a loss.

All the theme changers do not work. Are they malfunctioning? Not updated to the current version of Firefox? The themes worked on older versions of Firefox. Can this version be corrected for Firefox? Thank you!

Tabs can take up a lot of space, 1-2 gigabytes if you don't watch. That really slows down the browser. Seems to me that merging tabs will, if you aren't careful, seriously slow the computer. Comments?

Using Google Voice became unusable. Firefox too slow. Had been running just fine up till maybe a month ago when I finally gave in and allowed Firefox to update. Not knowing if it was a Windows or other issue I stupidly did a Windows reset and lost all my installed programs (including Firefox). I did a fresh install of Firefox and manually reentered passwords and bookmarks.

Ran fine for a day or two and is now again unusable. Cleared cache and appears to work OK at the moment but still sluggish.

IME toggle not working in youtube chat on Firefox, even in troubleshoot mode. It works in all other applications including Chrome browser yet I prefer using Firefox so hope issue can be solved.

I only have two emoticons available to use: "like: blue thumbs up" and "love: red heart." There used to be several more available, but they have disappeared. How can they be reinstated?

When using Firefox, websites take long to open. However, when I use Chrome for the same sites they open quickly. I have cleared cache and have an updated version of Firefox. No extensions except Adobe, Trend Micro

Firefox version 115.23.0esr (64-bit) on macOS Version 10.13.6 on Mac mini (Mid 2010), Processor- 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Memory- 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Graphics- NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB Works ok on my iPhone 16. Computer getting too old? Doesn't work now on my MacBook of the same vintage either.

I want to edit a PDF with firefox. The PDF has two different address lines. When I put in one address it automatically copies it into the other line. But I the two addresses I have to put in are different. But when I edit one the other does the same. What can I do?
