The answer has always been: go back to school, learn computer programming, get master classes and practice with coding until you make it. I am using Watefox since when Firefox tab bar was moved close to the sky. I just decided to try Firefox again: I have installed it and the first thing I tried to do is moving the tab bar below the address bar. It seems that there's no easy way. How can it be?, I wondered. With Waterfox I use the Tabs on Bottom add-on and that's it. You may believe my need is frivolous, but for me that makes the difference between keeping or uninstalling Firefox. Bottom line: is still forbiddend to wish to get the tab bar where I believe it should be? Thanks,

This might be asked before. Internet explorer 11 plays youtube videos without any lag or stuttering issue at all. but as I played the same video in FF, I immediately notice stutter. using FF ver64 on win8.1 64bit. Tried enble/disable HW acceleration, extensions, but no joy.

There used to be a button in the toolbar which let you see the RSS feed for a site, then it got removed but you could add it back through the customization menu. Now I can't seem to even do that.
I guess that Firefox used the RSS button for its live bookmarks feature, and since they removed the live bookmarks they seem to have also removed the button? I only ever used the button to get the feed addresses though, so I could paste them into my RSS reader. So... if I could get the button back it would be great. Otherwise, maybe there's a plugin which does the same thing?

Hello. I'd like to request a a feature, that I'd love to see in Mozilla Firefox for desktop (Windows, Mac and Linux). I'd like to have an option to play internet video (especially youtube) in the picture in picture mode. So that it remained displayed on my screen while I do something else. Why would it not play as I expect HTML5 in to Firefox? Linux support seems to think a update is required but that should only occur if Firefox itself is dependent on the operating system.

I hate all kinds of text smoothing/antialiasing with passion and for he longest time I had none of it in Firefox, yet after upgrading to FF64 some kind of text antialiasing has been forced on me for some reason. At first it was all over the browser, then in a minute it glitched out and disappeared from actual pages, yet it's still all over the interface: on tab names, on bookmark names in the bookmark panel (but strangely not inside bookmark folders), it's in the address and search bars, in the "File, Edit, etc." menu and some other menus as well.

I've been watching videos on my Amazon Prime account for months using Firefox without an issue. As a matter of fact I use Firefox exclusively because the quality was better than on Google or Edge. I haven't watched any videos for about a week, busy with other things and decided last night, with the snow, was a good night to watch a video. I clicked the Watch Button as I have for months and the icon went around and around and around. The video never started. I tried 3 more and none of them would play. I called Amazon they had me clear the cache and cookies, and it started to play, I stopped it and said it looked like it was fixed and hung up. Went back to play and the icon went around and around etc. The videos play fine in Google and in Edge no problem with either of those browsers but still not playing in Firefox. I checked and see that Firefox Updated since the last time I watched videos on it. I read some articles that suggested I remove Firefox from my allowed programs through the firewall, then re add it. Did not, no improvement, the videos still will not play. I wasn't sure if their videos were Flash or HTML 5 so updated Flash... nothing they still won't play.
Any other suggestions?

I have tried all solutions I can think of: I have gone back two recovery points, to before recent Windows updates. I have disabled hardware acceleration on Firefox, as I found a recommendation to do. I have reinstalled Firefox. I have gone back to Windows High Definition Audio (from Realtek). Nothing works.

I am using Firefox 64 on Mac OS X Mojave. I am using the default dark theme, and whenever I try to open a new tab or window, the browser window flashes white for a fraction of a second. I would like to get rid of this seeing that it is annoying and negates the benefit of using a dark theme. I have tried every solution online involving userChrome/userContent but no solutions have worked (except using a private window). Please advise, thank you.
