I made a new weibo account that needed an password. I used firefox's auto gen password and selected save password. But firefox is not saving this password, nor is it autofilling or in the saved login section in the settings. I always had this problem. Now i need this password because weibo requires me to use my username instead of my number to get my account back. But I didn't even make an username yet because I can't log in after I made an account. I just need to get this password back.

a few weeks ago, I had to synchronize my firefox from the PC of a friend in order to access my bookmarks. His profile was a local one (w/o synchronization). My friend now needs to access several of his own bookmarks and passwords. I wanted to revert to the previous profile but cannot find a way to perform this. Could you please explain me the way to perform this without loosing the information of his profile?

What's happening? I'm not able to fix it.

I made a couple changes on my Firefox browser in the last few days and I am unable to get online anymore. I made one change to allow Firefox to use information to help improve their product and I also accepted a Bing addition to Firefox which I later removed.

I just want it to work again, but I don't know what to change or what to do.

I find that many companies' websites are incompatible with Firefox. Some are so distorted that you cannot read them. Others look perfectly normal, but you cannot interact with controls. The usual case is a dropdown where you select a value, such as a date. Either you cannot see the values to select them, or when you click to select one, the dropdown just closes up. Is there some type of compatibility setting I can make that will fix this?

I am using Windows 10 Enterprise N, Version 21H2 and installed the Media Feature Pack through the Optional Features tab. But even though other browsers have picked up on that and can play e.g. Twitch streams etc. appropriately, while Firefox still shows the `this video is unavailable or not supported in this browser` error message.

Some videos on Youtube are loading endlessly, I know the problem is with Mozilla because others explorers play the same videos at once, without any problem.

I've already cleaned the cookies and updated Mozilla to the last version as some might recommend it to do, however problem persists. Any idea of what could be the problem?

(I use Pocket tube from a while ago, but I am starting to think it might be that the problem even though this is a recent problem)

I have Windows 11 and I can't get Mcafee Web Advisor added onto Firefox add-ons. When I download the Web Advisor from Mcafee website and I try to open the file I get a message that says the file is corrupt. I'm elderly and need simple instructions on how to get this added onto my Firefox.

I have no idea what my recovery key is nor where it would be. I do not remeber my password since I am always on the same laptop. I have several issues with firefox for a while now and need to either restore or remove and download new. I cn afford to lose many of my bookmarks

Hi, Since a few days I have a concern : The Firefox window is surrounded by a thin golden yellow line. In full screen mode or not, that's always visible. I searched the web but couldn't find any conclusive solution. If you know please tell me :) It really annoys me :) Thank you.

As a Teacher I load SCORM modules into Canvas. Up to last May they all worked just fine. School just started and I'm now finding my SCORM modules will not open with Firefox. If I use Chrome they work just fine. I have refreshed Firefox and also gone into troubleshooting mode. They still won't load. They do load when played directly from my hard drive. I can't help that some security feature in a newer version of Firefox is blocking this.

Using Windows 11. I'm using a free Proton VPN. My Firefox version is 103.02. I want to be able to continue to use the VPN when using Firefox to check my gmail accounts. If I disconnect the VPN, Firefox lets me access my mail site without a problem. When I use the VPN connected, I'm getting a PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Is there a way to keep the VPN on and connect with no error? Is there a Firefox setting I can change? I don't have proxy selected in Win 11 connections. Cache is cleared.

When I go and open any website, a minute later Firefox flickers, it's been doing that for a month now. and I always get this too, a separate issue " This site is slowing down Firefox" yet it never says what site, and when Firefox is the only site open, it still does it.
