How exactly do I turn off ad blockers in Firefox? I clicked on "Firefox Focus For iOS because there is not an option for help when I am on a desktop, using Windows 8.1.

1) Firefox advertised free apps when you signed up for vpn. However, when I signed up for vpn, I didn't get any apps. Did I do something wrong? Why didn't I get the free apps? 2) I don't seem to be able to add the VPN two other computers. It seems to want to sell me (Again) the VPN. I don't want to buy it again, just add my existing VPN to other computers. 3) I have some Macs that run Parallel's. Do I need to add Firefox VPN do the Windows that is running on Mac. Or, does my Mac Firefox VPN somehow protect the windows without adding a separate VPN on windows?

Acting on advice provided by the Computer Active magazine I have installed uBlock Origin in order to block adverts. I was advised to stop using Adblock Plus. Adblock plus had an icon which I could click to see if it was working. uBlock Origin doesn't seem to have any visible icon. The add ons manager indicates that uBlock Origin is the only enabled extension, but is it doing any advert blocking? Shouldn't there be a clickable icon?

I noticed past few months I'm getting this message from cloudflare after using certain websites while using Firefox on Desktop. I have refresh Firefox every time this happens I tried disabling my adblockers, lowering settings, and disabling my Pi-Hole the issue still persists. Does anyone know what the issue might be or someone else experiencing this?

I have run into an annoyance where I am trying to click on a link in my email to open a new page. Clicking on the link makes a bar show up telling me that Firefox has prevented a popup from being opened (see attached image). I am given the option of managing my preferences / Firefox settings, where I can either go through multiple steps to permanently allow all pop-ups from that website until I restore my original settings, or uncheck a box to permanently allow all pop-ups from all sites until I check that box again. This is annoying because I have no interest in either allowing or disallowing all pop-ups from all websites, or all pop-ups from this specific website, every time I want to open a single pop-up from a specific site. I would rather that the warning bar which tells me that Firefox has blocked a pop-up also display a button allowing me to allow ONLY THIS SPECIFIC POP-UP IN THIS SPECIFIC CASE.

Is this a setting that exists in Firefox? Alternatively, is there a version of Firefox which does have a setting which would allow this? Or is this simply not a functionality that exists for this browser?

HTTPS://SECURE.SSA.GOV open okay but when go to next page to SIGN-IN, Firefox is blocking it as following/below. What the heck is going on blocking SSA Sign-In after main Website is already open ?!?!?!?!?!

Hello, I've got a reproduction issue on France TV live programs which I watch through nordvpn. The picture keeps "jumping" fast up and down in a very bothering way. This doesn't happen when the video is NOT live. I run the latest version of LINUX MINT. What can I do to fix it? The only way I found to stop the issue is to take down the resolution of the live video to its minimum which gives me a disastrous picture but stops the "jumping". I guess you might say there is something wrong with my GPU. The point is that my PC is brand new with an AMD 5600G, new MB, 16Gb of RAM and 500w of PSU. BUT more than anything I have to say that everything WORKS FINE with CHROME. I like FIREFOX I have been using it literally for decades now. (I'm 75). Is there a solution? The "Layout.css.page-size.enabled" configuration parameter = False ,worked effectively in previous versions, but after updating to Firefox 119.0, it no longer works whether I set it to True or False.

Orientation option is missing when I try to print documents from a website. The Firefox Print Preview window, which usually allows orientation choices for printing, is now not available.

I am told to disable pop-up blockers in order to have a payment verified. I do not know what pop-up blockers are, I do not know where they are. When I go to Settings and search for pop-up blockers, I am told "Sorry! There are no results in Settings for "pop-up blockers"; and instructed to visit Firefox Support. I have been sent on this circular quest three times now. Please help me.

With a recent update of Firefox Developer Edition to version 117.0b9 i keep getting extremely annoying popups on all sites, asking me if I want to translate stuff.

I don't want to store unnecessary settings in my browser, related to exceptions to websites/languages that I want vs. does not want to translate.

I want to completely disable translations, globally. Forever. Two questions:

- Why there is no "disable translations globally" checkbox in the newly added popup? - Is there an about:config hack to do disable translations globally, for all languages, for all websites, and forever?

Starting with Firefox v115, you had to set layout.css.page-size.enabled to false in about:config to get the page orientation back for printing PDFs (i.e. Portrait or Landscape).

It seems with the release of v119, this once again is broken and the layout.css.page-size.enabled setting no longer works. Is there something else that needs to be done now? We rely heavily on this and our current workaround is installing the ESR version of Firefox but seems like it'll catch up eventually.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
