Netflix will crash when DRM is turned on. When i turn DRM off, the website won't crash, but it is impossible to watch a movie (error F7701-1003).

Windows 10, Acer Aspire A314-32, 64 bit. Firefox version 111.0.1

Firefox quit working. when I click on the Icon on my computer desktop I get the following pop-up window. Windows cannot find ‘C:\Program Files\Mozilla FirefoxFirefox.exe’

When I click on the Icon in my taskbar I get this pop-up window . Windows cannot find ‘C:\Users\hgmv8\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\Taskbar\Firefox.Ink’ Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

I have downloaded the latest version of Firefox but still get the error messages

How do stop multiple tabs from starting up is it because i go from one page to another with out losing the tabs please help there are multiple tabs running

I searched in Google and this website for instructions for how to delete specific cookies for a website. Many instructions are probably for older versions of Firefox.

I used to be able to login as of this morning to Wizzair.com. Then suddenly, regardless what I do, I can no longer use Firefox to login. I used the Preferences/Privacy & Security/Cookies & Site data/Manage Data for Wizzair.com to remove the cookies for the website, but it didn't help. I changed the password, it didn't help.

Their chat support sent me to their Privacy statement. There, there is custom list of cookies that they use. I was told to try to delete them individually... I have no idea how to do that and I could not find a method that works.

I can login the website using Safari. Any suggestions for what to do to be able to use again Firefox to login into this website? Thanks in advance.

For the past three days I've been unable to get Firefox to load quickly as it used to before the last update. The last time this happened the problem was conflict with my security software System Mechanic. That problem was taken care of. This time I tried rebooting the computer, turning off all my add-ons, safe mode...nothing worked.

I am hosting a test website on a test domain which does not support HTTPS. In Chrome/Chromium, it is possible to forcefully "trust" an insecure (HTTP) domain name and temporarily allow it access to webcam, microphone, etc. It does not appear to be possible in Firefox. I've searched the about:config and even tried editing the configuration files directly to try and whitelist my test domain. I am not able to setup SSL or TLS on the server it is hosted on, and I need to be able to access the page on other devices. It does seem to allowlist "localhost" since I guess it's trusted by default. If there is any way to temporarily or permanently allowlist an HTTP website, I will be able to use my website on Firefox instead of Chromium, which would be much preferred.

A website that I use normally displays a graph of my variable as a function of time, but it has recently ceased to display the graph. Other data is available in a normal manner on that website. The graph displays when I access the website via Safari (which I rarely use). The uploaded sample images are from Safari and from Firefox. I have enabled pop-ups for that website on Firefox, and I believe I have enabled cookies for that site. Javascript is enabled on Firefox. I can't identify the nature of the problem with Firefox. I am using iMac Pro with OS 12.6 for both. Thanks for any advice.

I installed firefox and am trying to open the Vegas World sign in app and it's doing nothing in the tab, it will not come up. I'm so confused and technically challenged

Hello those wiser than me, When my Firefox 110 goes inactive by clicking elsewhere, the only change is that selected elements temporarily de-select and the scrollbar thumb turns color to one almost the same as the track, making it nearly invisible. Is there any way to keep it the same (much darker grey) when it is not the active window with the focus? There are a few themes that don't exhibit this behavior, but I could not find a dark one. My search on the subject yields only webpage design talk or obsolete pre v78 add-ons.

I'm on Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon with FF's built-in dark system theme. Thanks in advance.

Youtube has this issue the most. On any other browser YouTube works fine; however, on firefox, videos sutter, play at a very low FPS and if I try to interact with the page like pause the video, it takes somewhere between 5 to 20 seconds for the site to respond and actually pause the video.

This happens on other websites as well that have interactive features

Additionally, when on sites like discord or LinkedIn, if a video starts playing and I pause it the audio will continue playing and loop and overlap over itself. The only way it will stop is if I refresh the site.

I have tried updating my video drivers, reinstalling them, changing all the settings possible on my computer to make it work but nothing yet. Thanks for the help.

Since the days of Go Corp.'s PenPoint and Windows for Pen Computing, I have been accustomed to select text by just dragging the stylus --- that no longer works --- for some reason the stylus has now been dumbed down to be an 11th touch input which scrolls.

Why?

How can I get back the far more expressive behavour of drag-select text with a stylus and using touch when I wish to scroll?

As an FYI, I handed a stylus and my Samsung Galaxy Book 12 (running Windows Build 1703 which predates this change) to a technician at the local Best Buy and they had no problem selecting text --- when I challenged them to select text on a Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 running Windows 11 using the stylus they were unable to to.

Could we please have an option to restore the traditional behaviour?

Settings | Bluetooth & Devices | Pen & Windows Ink | Additional Pen Settings | Let me use my pen as a mouse when it's available

doesn't seem to work when it is enabled.

Since past few years, I use Firefox for the peace of mind... But never get that.

Every now and then many sites are not supported properly.... And it severely gives now headache....

Thinking to switch to New Web Browser....

Problematic Sites are tons of tons... Here are a few...

1. pCloud 2. Mega 3. Digiboxx 4. OrgPad 5. PhotoADKing 6. Animaker 7. Powtoon 8. SBI ....etc.

Please somebody help reach this message to original developers and not community... I'm fed up of this.

Many developers also fed up of Mozilla... and stay away from updating add-ons or extensions... I literally felt helpless many times...

In the last 4 days Firefox is constantly freezing on the Tile Pages of multiple streaming sites. It becomes non-responsive, and won't let me reload or use the Home button. I have tried turning off hardware acceleration and clearing the cache and I still have the same issue.

Cannot enter URL in the address book. When I hit return nothing happens. This happens even with no extensions installed, however, it works in a private window.

I have having alot of trouble. I am unable to get Netflix to work in Normal mode of firefox. It will work in trouble shoot but not in reg mode. The page will not load all the way and than it locks up . I have done every suggestion that i have found and yet it still will not load and work. I have been trying to fix this problem for a week now. I have uninstalled and re installed 3 times now. and yet it still will not work. I have now gone to Edge to watch Netflix.

When DNS over HTTPS is not enabled in Firefox and I set network.dnsCacheExpiration to 600 seconds, evidence from about:networking#dns shows that the minimum DNS cache expiration time is indeed 600 seconds. However, when I enable DNS over HTTPS and set network.dnsCacheExpiration to 600 seconds, the network.dnsCacheExpiration setting seems to be ignored. New DNS cache entries are able to have far less than 600 seconds to expiry. Why is network.dnsCacheExpiration ignored when DNS over HTTPS is enabled? Could this be a bug in Firefox?
