i want to activate the build in VPN but it says i need to sign in. so i do that. then it says i need to click on it and it sends me back to the sing in and tells me to do it again...

I get messages, questions and info from Firefox in Dutch. My language preferences in setting is English UK across the board. Browser, preferred, fall back and web site language. It works most of the time, apart from with Firefox. What can I do to make Firefox talk English to me?

We have a intranet site that works in Edge and Chrome without issues with the site added to "internet options". But for some reason we are getting 401 Unauthorized when trying to access it from Firefox. I have tried adding the urls to: network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-proxies: true network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-non-fqdn: true network.auth.force-generic-ntlm: false network.auth.force-generic-ntlm-v1: false

Ingocnito mode , same error. I have tried disabling all plugins. Disabled DNS over HTTPS.

I have a few questions if you'd be willing to answer.

There have been some changes and new additions to the croatian dictionary (https://github.com/krunose/hunspell-hr) and as such, the Firefox dictionary could be updated.

Can you confirm that the dictionaries and language packs are separate additions and that the dictionaries are used for spellchecking? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/language-tools/

When is the spellcheck dictionary installed, only when the user installs it or when the user installs a language pack?

In addition, the croatian dictionary has not been active for the past eight years. Every time I manually update firefox, it reinstalls the automatic update malware "Mozilla Maintenance Service". I can't stop this malware from being installed with my browser every time I update Firefox. I call it malware because its not wanted, and it behaves like malware by secretly downloading content without my consent and then shutting down my browser when it finishes by blocking access to all new tabs.

I've tried adding policies to stop auto updates, but Mozilla Maintenance Service ignores all policies. I'm going to see if I can contact AVG and explain to them that Mozilla Maintenance Service is malware and see if I can get it classified as such to see if that'll finally get through to someone because I'm sick of this crap constantly being installed and forcing things on me whenever they want and not when I want.

Now after this update, every google search forces open my location service trying to force me to give location rights. This update is even more malware than all the other updates before hand. Firefox is getting extremely dangerous.

My spell check generally doesn't work, but occasionally comes back to life, I have tried the about config, and change value to 2, I have tried uploading dictionary, and making sure check as I type is ticked, but the setting on config seems to keep reverting to 1, and I'm sure if I have successfully uploaded a dictionary, I clicked on language pack, Ironically while I'm typing this, my spell check is actively involved.

После этого в мозилле не прогружается полностью окно входа на online.sberbank.ru, не видно содержимого фреймов (сейчас попробую сделать скриншот). В Microsoft Edge работа нормальная. I paid for an annual subscription of Mozilla's VPN on 9/8/26. However, when I try to run the VPN, it is telling me I have to wait for the monthly trial (which I had previously to reset). My invoice is 98Z6LFXQ-0001. Also, when I printed a receipt of my purchase, I noticed my zip code is incorrect. My zip code is 11224 (not 11229). I saw that it could possibly take up to four days for my purchase to be reflected, but I wanted to get ahead of this potential problem ASAP. Thank you! Since the last update 155.01 I can't use Firefox as it freezes and hangs after 3 - 10 seconds. On Windows 10 , 64 bit. There seems a bug with the last update for Windows 10 users

I have uninstalled Firefox and downloaded again, but same issue happens again.

How can I use Firefox again?

This is a followup to a previous post. I pinned a tab in firefox, and later deleted the webpage that was pinnned. I do not see a way to edit the pin, so I deleted it and created a new one with the new, updated webpage. I use the sync feature to keep all of my browser settings the same across three computers. I have tried multiple approaches to correct the problem. 1. turned off the sync and manually unpinned the tab, cleared the cache and browser history, checked to be sure I do not have the option to reload previous tabs turned on, booted in the mode that does not load any plugins, rebooted the computers 2. with sync turned off, after all of those steps, I opened the new page and pinned it on each computer. when I close the browser and reopen it on any computer, the original pinned tab returns. Turning the sync back on or re-enabling the option to sync tabs and history have no effect.

Is there a way, even if it´s within the configuration files, to change that pinned tab or block the old one from opening? Note that the website for the old and the new pinned tab is the same. the difference is the page itself. the old tab was [website].administration-landing. the new page is [website].admin-lp.

The is no reason why the old page, which no longer exists, continues to be pinned in the browser, but I can´t get rid of it.

I'm on FF 154.0. The power went out here and when it came back and I booted the desktop computer something had changed in FF.

I used to see the active tab as green in the tab bar and yellow for the rest, but now they're all gray until I mouse over the bar and only then does it turn green/yellow.

I struggled with this for many hours trying many //active tab color// solutions I found in searches but nothing got it back to my old behavior.

So as a last resort I tried adding the Firefox Color extension, but when I click Add to Firefox it just turns into a throbber that never changes so it doesn't install. I'm stuck!

Frustrated!!

Seemingly any program that has links that when clicked there, redirect and open a new tab in your browser just, do nothing now that I've swapped to Firefox? No indication or response on Firefox, it just acts like nothing happened. I don't even know why something this simple would break, let alone what WOULD break it.
