I'm still using the old browser because the new browser, the one before that popped up today, doesn't work well on my old desktop computer. New one today requested to move passwords from cvs file and bookmarks from an html file. When I tried to search for these things my computer couldn't find them. But when I went back to the old browser, all bookmarks passwords are there.

Why is Firefox asking me to perform these functions anyway? There is no explanation as to what this is. Is programming at Mozilla really gone downhill so quickly that they forgot how to make their service user friendly?

this is my back-up laptop, which until recently synced perfectly with the main one. now all bookmarks are missing, and I cannot understand what is happening the background.

With Firefox Android on my tablet, bookmarks are not syncing that i see when logged into my Firefox account on other devices. I tried logging out and in to my Firefox accont and also unchecking and checking the "sync bookmarks" box. Firefox Android says "bookmarks are now synced". But they aren't!

Firefox desktop saved logins not appearing on android. Sync enabled on both devices yesterday. Previously worked fine, kinda frustrating having to manually re enter everything.

I am using the same account (my school email), and everything else sync successfully.

Tab groups saved on my Windows PC didn't show up on my Macbook; tab groups saved on my Macbook didn't show up on my Win PC. Is this a feature or bug?

After reinstalling my computer system, I logged into my Firefox account again, but the data synchronization failed. All my previous data is gone, including bookmarks, passwords, and widgets. What happened? I can't find them in the mobile app either.

I opened up Firefox for the first time in a while on this newer laptop, and all of my bookmarks are missing. I recently opened Firefox on my work desktop, and they were all there.

I have finished my setup. But it keeps saying "finish setup" in the upper right corner of the browser. I have completed all the steps. I want to sync this desktop to my mozilla account. What do I do?

I have 2 PCs and one has all my current settings and the other does not. I recently had to re-install Windows 10 and when I installed Firefox again the settings won't sync. Bookmarks, toolbars, etc.

You need to enable me to sync the desktop to my mobile phone. I've had mozilla firefox on my Mac and android phone for years but now I am expected to work out how to create a back up and then delete all of my data and trust it will upload to the new browser on my desktop -- which before the update held the same data. Really unimpressed. Get it sorted.

I have many computers that I put Firefox on, and had no problem getting my bookmarks on them as long as I sign in to my account. However, I just had my desktop redone (that previously had Firefox) and now, after I have downloaded Firefox, I cant get my bookmarks when I attempt to do the syncing. Please help

I cannot log into my account and synchronize my data, logins and passwords. I downloaded the latest version of the browser on the official website. Below I will send screenshots proving that there are no buttons or anything that would indicate at least the slightest login to your account. BUT YOU'RE SHOVING YOUR ****** AI BOT EVERYWHERE.

Able to sign in to Mozilla account, but cannot find Sync anywhere. Sync is OK on multiple other devices. System also seems unable to load 140.10 esr. Is it possible to sync on esr versions?

i have deleted Firefox and reinstalled it. after logging in with my account i don't seem to have any details with the browser. it is fresh like new. i have tried syncing it but it is still blank as possible
