On the home screen all the boxes are greyed out. I guess they are meant to be links to videos and information, weather etc etc? I am on Windows 11, my version is up to date (151.0.3 (64-bit).

I have cleared cache etc and troubleshooter to reset Firefox but still no good. I have recently gone back to FF from Chrome as Chrome has so many issues.

All I want is the ability to have my weather in the upper right hand corner of my opening screen. It was that way then you people decide for some reason that it should belong as a Widget in the lower area of my opening screen. But sense I do now want all three of your Widgets, I am left with this very awkward looking screen. Then a new update was released and my weather was returned to the upper right area of my opening screen. Then today you people updated again, and the Widget was returned to the lower left area of my opening screen.

Since you people clearly can't make up your minds, is there any possibility that you could see your way clear to offering us (your users) the ability to select where we would like the Weather the appear? Please say "Yes". Thank you.

Default homepage is yahoo. Since the update to version 149, if I do a search from yahoo, the new tab that opens with the search result is blank most of the time. I have to click reload for the search results to show up.

Is anybody else having that problem? Seems to be yahoo search specific but not 100% sure.

A couple days ago I started getting a blank page for the Firefox home page. FF is set as my default browser and FF default for windows and tabs. The home page was working fine but now I can't figure out how to get it back.

Best Buy Tech support took control of my computer today to get my printer to scan to the computer. After that was done, I went to my FIREFOX hompage only to see it completely changed from the way it was and I am now trying to get it back.

Attached below is a screenshot of my homepage for Firefox desktop (Windows 11). I have uBlock Origin, but it doesn't block anything on the homepage. I have two specific concerns:

• I tried inputting both gmail.com and mail.google.com addresses for the URL of my shortcut, but it always displays a generic icon instead.
• The YouTube icon isn't transparent.

I used the same layout/theme on a previous Windows 11 install and these two problems did not occur at all. What's the possible solution for this?

Home page bookmarks are missing. I am not able to add bookmarks on the home page either. But if I click on the top search bar, all of my missing bookmarks appear, but just a miniaturized version. Please restore the original home page layout.

I have a GPO policy that sets Homepage for startup to open specific URL, and now it just stopped working after last update to version 149, instead i get standard FF startpage.

- tried updating .admx templates to the newest version

- about:policies shows correctly that GPO is enforced

Everything checks out but somehow it is not working anymore. Someone with similar problem?

When I open firefox on my computer, it opens to a custom URL that links to a facebook page that I must've put in 5 years ago. I don't want this, and clear the link in the homepage and new windows under home in firefox settings, and switch it to firefox home (default) for "Homepage and new windows" in the firefox settings.. The problem is that when I open firefox again the next day, it opens up facebook again instead of a browser firefox tab and the "homepage and new windows" is under custom url with that facepage page url. I am a new firefox user and want to continue to use firefox but this is a headache.

I am on windows 11 home, and using a gaming tower if that is of any help.

Why has the content provided on the Firefox homepage gone so extremely liberal? It appears to be more of a source for tabloid trash than a source for factual news, honest articles and positive content! After recommending this platform for years, I am appalled by the apparent intent to present divisive articles and rhetoric. Suggest you do a better job of choosing information that will make Firefox excel over Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge... not rool in the mud with them!

The icons/shortcuts on my homepage are getting moved around, added to, or deleted despite my having pinned all of the shortcuts that I want. All 4 rows of shortcuts have been filled with my pinned ones. Now Firefox is deleting/moving the last 2 on the lower right and inserting 2 new and irrelevant ones in positions 2 and 3 of the top row. This is annoying and frustrating. Thanks for any help.

i tried everything in setting , nothing works these suggested shortcuts automatically attached to my home page i did deselect this feature in setting but still they pop up on my home page and the other problem is i am not able to search in my web search section on the home page what is that so ? why this isnt fixed yet ?
