As stated, the default DNS settings have to be turned off to proceed with the returns function on Amazon. The "Confirm" button remains greyed out under the default DNS setting. This is also true for Firefox for Android, v.145.0. Is this expected behavior? I have not had this issue previously. Thanks.

Does Mozilla / Firefox have a password manager for families - similar to bitlocker or Nordpass or others?

I am using Firefox Browser 145.0 and CCleaner Free version 7.1.1042.0. Either CCleaner wiped out the 4 rows of saved shortcuts, or, I have a unwanted Checked or unchecked Firefox setting. The home Firefox page is black, with no tiles showing, no way to add tiles as far as I can tell

Hi a few weeks ago i had the problem that my firefox-stored-passwords are gone and there are files named logins.json.corrupt and logins.json-1.corrupt to -4 The in dir backup was also corrupt. File length 122 -123 kb all nulls. If i look at the dates first to last, they span two weeks were i didnt notice the problem. PC is always hibernated after work. Except for one which i imported just before from edge at the end of the two week span No problem: logins replaced by external backup as i found here at the forum.

But: How can Firefox produce multiple corrupt files without noticing me? (I have saved them for reference) In that two weeks span logins using firefox passwords obviously worked. (I dont remember the details)

Then some updates and reboots. No problem. But after work i do always hibernation

TODAY: PC didnt survive hibernation. logins and in-dir backup are corrupt again.

What about a) checking better if something is going wrong (obiously you do something because you rename the files for some reason) b) Noticing the user c) And how on earth this can go wrong in the first place.

Now for the obscure: Both times somebody has just before posted something against the greatest President of all time at Fux Nus using this pc. Backdoor possible?

Hi - firefox recently updated and when it did I lost many of my recent bookmarks - also in the bookmarks backup folder dated when the update took p[lace there is not a backup there - folder is blank

i followed one of your posts and did the verify integrity check and here is results

Everytime I reopen firefox anything I have tried to save as a bookmark is GONE?? I just Cant get on with this new Tb sytem.....

Does anyone know how to turn off the new tab system and restore the old way of a bookmark tool bar (which extended down the side of screen when opened and displayed links to all my favourite websites???

I believe I had all this synced in Firefox Settings before I made the upgrade. Like all you fellow former users of Windows 10, I had to upgrade to Windows 11; and did so two days ago. Now, I found that I do not have under History any of the former sites I not only visited but also had tabs open. What can I do, if anything, to recover them? Under the Add-ons Manager, if this helps, I already had the app Tab Session Manager, but don't know how to use it. Thanks to all in advance who may have made this same upgrade. Many out there are still on Windows 10.
