When I go to (seemingly) any Elsevier site, the browser tab immediately closes with no error or explanation. An example is this site:

ZIMBRA sous FIREFOX semble ne pas supporter les mails au format HTML Problème quand je fait suivre (forward) ou quand je réponds à un mail rédigé en HTML. Je n'ai pas ce problème quand j'utilise ZIMBRA sous EDGE. Est-ce un problème connu ? Est-ce une question de réglage ? J'utilise bien la dernière version de FIREFOX...

The launch of Firefox Profiles seems to have obliterated everything in my account: bookmarks, history, open tabs, and extensions are all gone completely. I have an option to import files from another browser, but not from my own past firefox. I logged into my Mozilla account, but I didn't have any other devices so I think it was still unable to recover the data? Is there anything I can do about this, or is all of my data truly gone?

My version of Firefox wont save History, Bookmarks or Downloads. I've made sure the privacy settings are correct and have tried reinstalling Firefox several times. It also wont let me drag a link from the address bar to the bookmark bar anymore like it used to. Any help with this would be much appreciated... Thanks!

I noticed recently that my 'Add Shortcut' button has disappeared. I've been through other articles and they were of no help. I have 4 rows selected for shortcuts so theres no reason for it to be gone.

у меня стояла функция открытия вкладок из предыдущих сессий, но сегодня я открыл firefox сначало все вкладки были подписаны типа autoblock(или как-то так), я решил перезапустить браузер, в итоге открываю и ВСЕ вкладки исчезли, а у меня их там очень много и я точно не все вспомню, попробовал восстановить через журнал("восстановить резервную копию от" я выбрал от 21.10.2025, но она просто выдало сообщения, что текущие вкладки заменятся, на те, что в резервной копии и больше ничего не произошло) есть ли способ восстановить все вкладки не прибегая к тому, чтобы листать историю вручную?

Once a week or so, Firefox crashes unexpectedly. The popup indicates its alerting Microsoft of the crash, but apparently not notifying Mozilla.

Once such a crash occurs, I close Firefox. Reopening it results in a crash shortly after all tabs open and I click on something (usually 3 or 4 tabs are open). No matter how many times I let Firefox close and then I reopen it, the crash recurs. The only recovery is a complete reboot of my PC.

How can I get and submit crash reports to support in hopes of getting a resolution?

I am unable to print after upgrade to ver 144.0 The print preview just spins. I can print these web pages using Edge. This same thing happens with new version of Thunderbird. Can't print email either. John Stark

When I sign in to the NY Times (for example) I get a dropdown of autofill email addresses. Some are even mistyped addresses or bogus addresses I've used to access webpages that'll take any email address. I cannot delete these. I've tried shift-delete. These email addresses cannot be accessed via Firefox preferences: autofill screens do not list email addresses but only the physical addresses that I've saved.

(And then, of course, the minute you submit any email to the NYTimes it immediately creates an "account" and starts sending you subscription offers.)

When I try to open a pdf on a certain site I get the pdf, but there is an overlay of a pencil editing a ghost document. How can i get rid of this overlay? I've tried everything.

Hello, I have Facebook Container installed (Windows 11) on my desktop. However, if I click a link to a FB page, say in an email or on a webpage, Facebook opens onto the current tab and makes it a container tab. Since I can not go back once FB is opened in the container tab, I have to open a new tab and go back to the original (pre FB) webpage. This is the only time this happens.

What settings can I change so that the Facebook Container opens Facebook into a new tab, not on top of an existing open tab?

My account has my primary email and it used to have my secondary email connected as well. I now want to create a new account with the secondary email so I can have another profile, so I deleted my secondary email from the manage accounts on my primary email. I ensured that this says it is removed on all devices and it is. But when I try to create a new account with that secondary email, I keep getting the error that I need to sign in my primary email and I am taken back to my profile with my primary email.

How can I fully detach my secondary email so that I can make a new account with it?

I have Firefox installed on both my desktop and my laptop. On my laptop, I am able to create and manage profiles; however, on my desktop, there is no option available in the menu (the hamburger menu) to do so.

I have verified that both devices are running the latest version of Firefox, which includes the profile management feature, but I am still unable to access it on my desktop.

Yritä myöhemmin uudelleen." A quick and dirty translation is: "We cannot execute your request right now. Try again later".

This is an everlasting problem. But try the exactly same link on Chrome or Edge, and it works fine.

Firefox always auto-fills in the wrong phone number. But I can't find a setting that contains my phone number. How do I change my phone number that Firefox auto-fills?

Running Windows 11. Receiving notifications from Firefox that indicate system warnings and viruses found. I have run several scans using Norton and there are no viruses. This notification is enticing me to click to remove the errors, which seems to clearly be a phishing scam, but I have never seen this as a notification from my browser as opposed to an email. When I try an option to "disable notifications", Norton blocks it due to it being identified as a dangerous "blacklist URL". I can't find a mozilla setting to block this.

I was resetting my password entered my email code recovery key it didn't ask for my authenticator got an error invalid token then after retrying it asked for email and authenticator but not the recovery key the account now says I have no key

Je choisis de me connecter avec un mot de passe et après avoir validé le mot de passe, j'arrive sur une page qui me dit d'utiliser un autre appareil ou une autre méthode de connexion. Je joins les fenêtres de connexion étape par étape Avec Google Chrome (que je ne veux pas utiliser), je me connecte sans problème à ma boite mail avec les même étapes décrites ci-dessus. I have rebooted my computer and when Firefox is restarted all the bookmarks in the bookmark toolbar are gone. I have Firefox set to sync these bookmarks on all devices and am concerned if I just initiate a new sync then the bookmarks will be deleted from all other devices instead of reloading them all from the Mozilla server. How can I force a reload of all sync'd bookmarks from the Mozilla server to my Firefox on this computer?
