I switched to Firefox a few months ago and I've been using the "about:profiles" page to mimic chrome's profile feature. I have 3 profiles, each with their own Mozilla account. How can I migrate these to the new profiles system?

I've used Firefox as my default for years and years. Yesterday I got some popover telling me I had to create a new profile or I'd lose all my Firefox data, history, bookmarks, etc. It would not let me avoid this. So I did. Still lost all my history, started over. Today it's doing the same thing. What's up? I don't want to move to Chrome.

This is Firefox 142.0.1 on Windows 10. I prefer to have a local copy of the Firefox profile saved to a USB stick as a simple backup and for copying to another PC if necessary. I have been doing this for years, but now I am unable to do so because Windows gives me an "access denied" error for all of the files in the top-level profile directory. I cannot even open them in Administrator mode. If I try to copy the profile directory as described in your help pages, it says that I need permission from the account that I am logged in as in order to access the files! I have been using Windows since version 3.0 and I cannot understand what Firefox has done to make the profile inaccessible to everything but itself. Obviously, Firefox is able to read the files without additional permissions, so why can't I?

Hello, I have two profiles, one for work and one personal. I used two different email addresses for them. How can I merge these together for the new profile management?

Hi, I do not understand the new profile management feature of Firefox and how it relates to sync. I am logged into my Mozilla account that syncs bookmarks, and I use the default profile that I renamed to "personal". When I switch to a newly created "work" profile, I am no longer signed in.

Will the new profiles "personal" and "work" be synced to my account once I log on to both? I am using Firefox on several PCs and I don't want to recreate profiles such as "personal" and "work" on all the PCs manually?

I have an account with Chewy. When I try to access the link to "My Pet" I receive this message:

400 Bad request Your browser sent an invalid request.

I don't understand why or how to correct it.

Why is my browser stating that it is managed by my organisation.

when I start firefox, it tells me the old one is running and to close it. i hit the close button and keep getting the same message. I have uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it and keep getting the same problem.

I am a heavy Firefox user, and have been using it (and its predecessor) since Netscape. In the last year, the size of my Firefox profile has more than doubled, from 500MB to 1.3GB. What's the probable cause(s), and what can I do about it?

Good morning, after today's FF update - right click dropdown menus are terrible! Nothing works for me... Opening new windows, new tabs, adding to bookmarks, copying, pasting, etc... How can I turn it off because I can't use it. I need to have a menu like in version 133.0.3. If I can't change it, I will have to change the browser because I can't use it! I am an academic. I use Canvas. When I am in Canvas and I try to open a document in it from Firefox, what I get are solid black pages. I do not have this problem with Canvas in Chrome or in Edge. I really don't want to use those Browsers. I actually have this problem with every PDF I try to open from all sites. This is a recent problem. But if I cannot correct it, I will have to use other Browsers.

I got a Firefox update recently and have not been able to access Flickr since then. I am getting a message that the page is not redirecting correctly. I am attaching the error message. I am running with standard firefox protection. I have cleared cache and cookies. I have also added Flickr as an exception to Firefox enhanced privacy tracking. Firefox is up to date (version 134.0.1 (64 bit)). Anyone else having this issue or know the solution?

started receiving this error message while on musify.club. It lets me in, then after a few moments the pop up comes back with same code. after research, it has been deemed that I'm only party affected but I can get in on other devices with no issues from same wifi network. please advise. win 10 pc user. thanks.

Hello sir/ ma, please help me resolve this issue of unable to reach a particular site called " nimc selfservice modification site" this i have been having access to before.

My account was probably hacked. I noticed this from an email I received from Mozilla. My account was logged in from Africa, which i noticed from the timezone because the email gives literally no detail. I logged into my account to kick them out but i found out i couldnt because the button didnt work. All the other kick buttons worked except the hackers. Mozilla has done nothing other than to email me.

I can not get into my Yahoo Email account. When I log in it says, "Something's gone wrong".

I can get into my Email through a different browser on the same computer. This started last 

Wednesday (01-29) or Thursday (01-30). Help.
