Hi,

I have been using MS multiple desktop feature to separate my tasks to simplify work flow. For example Desktop 1 = Finance Desktop 2 = Coding etc.

In each desktop I had multiple tabs opened related to the subject

I noticed that Firefox only remembers the tabs last opened and not the ones opened in that specific desktop.

Anyway to make it so that Firefox remembers the tabs opened in the specific desktop assigned to it?

Called Wells Fargo and they told me to disable all password managers in order to log in!! WHAT???? I can get to my account using Edge WITHOUT LastPass, but something in 87 is wonky. Spouse has Firefox 86 with LastPass and he can get on with no trouble. Have started a trouble ticket with LastPass and will be contacting Wells Fargo tech support for their input. Please fix!!!!!

Might I make a suggestion as to Allow a control to enable you to chose what Device is active for Voice input and other input options? My computer has more than one attached, and it keeps defaulting to another microphone. So I'd hope that eventually firefox will allow manual control switching for such device inputs.

I have an issue with my Firefoxes, but I am not sure if it is a bug or a feature.

Whenever I click on a link inside an app, e-mail or whatever, Firefox opens up with the usual startpage in the background and the linked page in the front. Is that normal behaviour? I would rather have Firefox open 1 window with the link I clicked on and without an additional window for the generic Firefox startpage.

I am also using the Multi-Account container addon, but experiencing the same behavious without that addon.

I am trying to run firefox on AWS Lambda. I am running into error, most likely due to the read only file system. I wanted help determining the options to set to ensure that firefox writes everything to the "/tmp" folder.

I have an addon that makes my bookmarks open in new background tabs (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/open-bookmarks-in-a-new-tab/). This works in all but one instance. If I am already on the "New Tab" page, the bookmark opens in that tab. Is there any way to make the bookmark open in a background tab while I am on the new tab page? Thanks!

There is a thin border around the Firefox browser when it is not in full screen mode.

It disappears in full screen mode.

Is there a way to remove this border without having to use the browser in full screen?

I find the status text mostly annoying, but the URL usually useful. So instead of hiding the whole thing I only want to get rid of the status information.

Hello, I'm reposting this question in better topic. After loading Firefox to 87.0 Now when I click on a "contact" button from a site I get 'courrier' from Microsoft. How can I get my xxx@free.fr address (zimbra mail) instead. Help from mozilla doesn't help me! Years ago the same problem was solved with a button on the first opening of the mail box.

My Firefox forgets that I want to use Windows standardapplication (Acrobat reader) when clickin on a .pdf-file. Firefox wants me to save the file after updates. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Firefox continually kept asking non-stop if I wanted to make it the DEFAULT browser. I did. But, do not want it any longer. How do I DISCONNECT / STOP Firefox from being the Default Browser.
