Hi,

I am trying to synchronise my web browser on my phone to my laptop, but when I try to do so using the QR code I get an error saying I need to use a Mozilla app to do it rather than my phone camera app (see attached)

I can’t find anywhere in my Firefox browser settings this app!

Help!!

Everything is gone, I have had to reinstall windows 4 times in the last week with a new PC and now all my sync data is gone...Chrome remembers everything fine and Mozilla did remember everything until this install and now its not syncing anything.

If this stuff is gone so am I.

Have tried logging in with my google account, tried logging in with Moz account, tried sync button over and over tried restarting, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and manually deleting all the folders STILL NO SYNC DATA AT ALL.......

Need to sync mobile and desktop with Firefox already installed using different email ID. Since new smartphone, thought it was safer. But unable to sync. Do I install new Firefox on mobile? Will I lose some saved sites on mobile?

After using firefox for most of my life i am disappointed with the current service i am receiving. I have recently purchased a new laptop with windows 11 installed & no matter how many times i try my passwords are not being synced. I have imported them from my last device but the only password that is showing is the mozilla firefox account. Please help as i am constantly having to change my passwords as the previous ones are not shown. Thanks

I've tryed all obvious instructions and my bookmarks toolbar will not sync

I reinstalled Windows and downloaded the browser again. I logged into my account, turned on synchronization, but none of the data was synced. I am absolutely sure that synchronization was enabled on my old browser. I tried turning it off and on again, but nothing helps. Please help me get my data back!

I have finished my setup. But it keeps saying "finish setup" in the upper right corner of the browser. I have completed all the steps. I want to sync this desktop to my mozilla account. What do I do?

i recently switched to zorin os from windows 11 and i noticed my firefox data was gone (despite being signed in + syncing my passwords) could it be my wifi? an unrecognized device? its the same laptop + network so idk what

I have Firefox reinstalled, it is not syncing bookmarks, history. I tried to import booksmarks from edge but it could not find the file or said it does not have any bookmakrs on it which was not true.

Running Mint on a removable drive on Win 11 machine. Launched Firefox and wanted to sync across devices. Finally ended up here (see attached). There's no "synch & save data" and the other sync at top of settings doesn't follow that path. The image on the Mint desktop doesn't scan within Firefox and using a separate scanner app produces a "do this within FF" error. Confusing and no way to resolve. I tried an extension scanner no help. Attachment shows Sync Now only possible method not correct (what I describe above).2nd image is what I see on PC screen (via Mint).

Firefox crashes. Blue dots moving next to too tabs. Problem began this morning upon opening Firefox and dialogs box asked if wanted to sync bookmarks with another device with Firefox.

I reinstalled Windows. Installed The last version of Firefox and logged into my account. But there weren't any of my previous settings (extensions, bookmarks, history etc.). What happened with them?
