Hi, all of a sudden today, firefox has not worked properly, initally i thought it was my router, but upon trying google chrome, i can confirm its firefox not working as intended. I cant watch any youtube vids, they just sit on a loading circle, facebook wont load and various other websites wont load. Ive tried clearing cache/cookies etc, tried resetting my pc, nothing is working?

Hello, When accessing a site, the page is fully fogged and in the upper left corner is a "Close" which clears the screen. Not sure why this is happening or how to stop it.

I can't open my Gmail in Firefox, my profile in Google Account on the top right Gmail is missing. When I click on this the the account box comes up with the blue line continious running? When I click to open my Gmail the yellow loading box comes on top middle of Gmail

What is happening in recent months where Firefox is completely useless, and I mean it. Stops loading pages, youtube won't work. Open Chrome next to same pages flies, problem is I don't like chrome and been using Firefox for past 15 years. But it seems I need to start liking chrome as from most reliable tool, Firefox became most unreliable. Internet speed 1Gbps synchronous, LAN connected. What's going on ? Screenshots how amazon and youtube looks like most of the time.

Mozilla Support reports wrong version of windows? I have a screen shot. The web site reports win 10 when I have Win 11 Pro. The version check on this support page reports the correct information. So Mozilla website itself is out of date?

For awhile now I have trouble completing purchases on some websites when using Firefox. I need to open another browser like Edge to complete the transaction. Anything using "Shop with Visa" doesn't work and, for example, I just had to buy tickets on StubHub through a regular credit card submission. I bought them 4 times, got confirmation, and then had the order cancelled because it didn't go through. I called my credit card and was on with StubHub tech support. The final solution was to open Edge and make the purchase and it went through and I had the tickets a minute later. I'm now having the same issue trying to make a reservation at a restuarant through sevenrooms.com Its been sitting on the confirmation page for several minutes. I went into edge and made the reservation and it was confirmed with 30 seconds.

My account was tagged/blocked by Mozilla. The account at issue has 2 factor enabled. I have a landline but now it will only text to authenticate. I had a school e-mail account but they changed and upgraded and dropped all accounts except for new/continuing students without notice (basically everyone until registration). Bottom line my phone was disabled by one vendor and my recovery e-mail by another. To access the microsoft store to correct an issue it required a new passkey. I submitted one. Now mozilla has blocked my password and microsoft requires me to login to contact the store or support but of course my issue is logging in. Around and around I go. I cannot correct a charge, microsoft is free to use my credit, and I have no way to notify anyone that something is amiss with the charge ( paying for a service already purchased, ie. double charged. I also noted a comment about that request being from outside the continental US, but have no ability to contact anyone nor to check/access my account. WTF
