I can not seem to find the button to open a saved, closed tab group. I have googled, and there seems to be a lot of people with the same issue. However, None of the information given under those forums provides me with a clear, easy solution. Please help.

Hyperlinks keep opening in new windows, not in the same/existing window where they were selected. Issue is not unique to Google Search results and occurring across multiple websites. At wits end trying to figure this one out. I have deselected the "Open links in tabs instead of new windows", turned off all extensions, and uninstalled & reinstalled Firefox. Issue is still occurring. Attached is image of my tab selections showing all turned off.

Hello everyone, Until a few days ago, Firefox version 140.12.0esr included a button to "Save windows and tabs of the current! session." Unfortunately, this feature is no longer available in the current version, 152.0.1. However, for many Firefox users, saving the windows and tabs of the current! session is absolutely essential. What options are there now to resolve this issue? I would appreciate any suggestions! If there is no way to restore this feature, I, too, will unfortunately have to switch browsers after 20 years as a Firefox user. Many thanks in advance for your help and any information. In the previous version of Firefox, there was a location to save current tabs in the "Home" section is that still available? Where is it?

I've attached a photo of the current page, and there does not appear to be a "save current tabs" option

I had about 15 pinned tabs - unloaded - that I was saving for a research project. I shut my PC down and when powered up for the next session - all the pinned tabs were gone. I never thought to record the tabs via screen shot or something.

Is this normal - what are the limits of pinned tabs ? Do they expire in a day ? When the PC powers down ? When Firefox updates ?

Exactly what are the limits or boundaries for pinned tabs ?

We hate this useless so-called feature and you've completely failed to give us an OFF switch! It's been many months with countless complaints and still no OFF switch! We've had this conversation before, all of your ideas must come with an OFF switch, especially so for the dumb ones like tab pinning! You don't ever force this dumb crap on us, ever!

Where is the fkin OFF switch already!?!?!?

I started using a tab group to organize my tabs and save it. I was able to open it from the overflow menu before but now there is no trace of it there. Surely there is a way to see the history of tab groups and recover it right...

Is this new feature? Once I click on link with middle mouse button, that tab is opened and switched to it. Previous firefox versions only opened tab and thats it. It is very frustrating. I want open multiple tabs and then view those tabs. Now I have to, suppose I have 5 links listed in webpage:

I middle mouse 1st link Then I have to return to my previous page I middle mouse 2nd link Then I have to return to my previous page I middle mouse 3rd link Then I have to return to my previous page I middle mouse 4th link Then I have to return to my previous page I middle mouse 5th link Then I have to return to my previous page

If it is new DEFAULT, then please make ant option to switch back in about:config, thanks!

I don't know which wrong manipulation I have done, but the "+" sign to create new tabs has disappeared.

Could you please help me to get it back ?

(I know that I can right-click and choose "new tab" in the menu, but the "+"sign is definitely more convenient 😅)

Something changed.

When I clicked a link, it would open in a new window. Now it only opens in a new tap. I need it to open in a new window.

I'm using Win 11 with Fire Fox.

I have about 50 url’s on my address bar which open every time I login. I delete them one by one but next time they pop up again. I tried using the settings but no help. Any ideas how to stop them popping up when I login? This is something that only happened recently. Never before.

I've just updated Firefox to 136.0 and found the "return closed tab" key became blank and ineffective. I read the update log but didn't find infomation about this change. The function was useful to me and I hope to get it back.

good afternoon! if i close browser, then reopen it i see blank tab. But in my settings checkbox turn on (screenshot 3). How resolve this problem?
