Sometime ago I must have made a typo when entering my email address into a pop-up window in Firefox. Firefox continues to find and use this wrong address in pre-fills but I can't find anyway to correct it. I've worked through Settings/Privacy & Security with no luck. Can someone help please? (Windows 10 Firefox 145.02)

So I reformatted my hard drive and everytime I finish I reinstall Firefox. I have an account where I log in and it put me back where I left off with all my past bookmarks that I saved. Ive been doing this for 10 years but today not sure whats going on but when I logged if all my stuff has disappeared. Please help or contact Mozilla regarding this. I cant understand why one cant directly speak to the ones who developed this browser. Quite frustrating

I am so tired of this. I am continuously being blocked from webpages because Firefox says I am not able to access them. First it was Macy's website and now it is my bank website. I have just gotten a new computer this week, but it was occurring on my previous one. I am 71 years old and am not a computer whiz on these situations. I was able to access my bank account this morning but not now. Total bullcrap.I really liked Firefox, but if it continues I will switch to something else. I just received this error code. I have today encountered a reproducible issue with Firefox 145.0.2 (64-bit) on my system (CachyOS Linux). Whenever I press the "Print" button in the printing dialog for a PDF file, the browser freezes and no longer reacts to anything. I had to kill the process manually and try again. I have then downloaded the PDF and opened a different application to print it - that worked fine. Is this a known issue with Firefox? Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

I already tried resetting the printer settings in the browser, but that did not change anything.

When I turn on my Mac and click the Firefox browser icon, it will not load. It hangs. I get a "not responding" message and have to "force quit," again and again until FINALLY it loads, after five or more failed attempts. This does not happen with Firefox on my laptop, only my Mac. Both Firefox and my Mac are up to date. Why is this happening? Please help. It happens every day when I try to load the browser. I am about to give up and move to Safari. Relatedly, anyone know if it's possible to export all my bookmarks from Firefox to Safari?

Recently google's advanced search page changed from how it's been displayed for years -- seemingly only on firefox. And I hate the change. It still displays as always on DuckDuckGo and Safari. Firefox is my preferred browser, but I use goodle advanced search myriad times every day and this is changed version is such a PITA that it's approaching being a dealbreaker for me. Sure, I'd like to know wth happened and why, but really I just want google advanced search to return to my preferred display. (It does not just look different, it performs differently, in little ways that matter a lot to me over the multiple times I use it. Be glad to elucidate if it matters.) First attached image is what I'm now getting on ff. Second attached image is what I used to get on ff, and still get on DDG and Safari, and would like back on ff. Please help.

Like many other users, I have an issue in which roughly half of the icons representing bookmarks on my Bookmarks Toolbar have been replaced by the black+and+white icon of a globe. The links work, but because most of them are now the same, it means I have to hover over them to make sure I click on the link I want.

I've tried: Exporting all my bookmarks to HTML; deleting all bookmarks; re-importing Deleting the "favicons.sqlite" database and letting Firefox recreate it Creating a new Profile and importing all my bookmarks "fresh" in to there

Not only does none of this seem to work, the results are actually inconsistent.

This problem has been kicking around for years - certainly for many major releases of the browser. I understand that there could be deep/complicated issues such as a corrupt user profile, for example...

Unfortunately, however, there does not appear to be any consistent or reliable effective advice on how to fix this issue... and nothing I try seems to resolve the problem.

I'd be very grateful for any recommendations on a reliable repair for this issue.

But I'd also be grateful for suggestions as to how we might go about suggesting to the devs that this long-running bug is overdue a permanent fix.

I use Firefox for privacy, lack of bloat, and other ethical reasons. For these reasons, I don't want to have the new CEO keep the incorrect idea in his head that the people who use Firefox want AI. Please don't add more AI, if anything--- please remove the AI which has already been added to Firefox which users have to remove themselves. I will dump Firefox if the new CEO continues with this plan.

hi, I was on the page where Firefox in recommending addons. But I click on a tap and it takes me to another page where the addon has a lot of detail explainations on the addon, but there is no where on this page to download or install the addon. I am interested in several of the addons. Can you guide me where to go to install the addons. Sincerely Andrew
