Here's the error page I get from O'reilley Auto Parts when searching. (I don't get this error when on O'relley com, but ONLY when searching for a part and ONLY with Firefox on my desktop. This started just a few months ago. All ad blocks and U Block Origin are disabled):

I am using win 7 ultimate, with fire fox 115.32.1 ESR,. The LinkedIn main window gets squished to top left corner in a small square, other pages open up normally. Internet archive site does not sign me in as the blue button of sign-in doesn't function. I can't change pass words nor sign-in. Website Cell Press opens research papers in a single verticle line in left corner, downloaded pdf papers open normally. Other browsers like Comodo and Chrome do not cause such issues.

Starting about three weeks ago I began receiving the following message when trying to access the above website: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.kohls.com/" on this server.

Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

I was having problems with the firefox browser. This has never happened. I always use firefox and the company said that firefox was compatible to there sight but I could not access.

a web site continues to say mozilla browser need update to correctly access web page. I have downloaded latest update ESR for Firebox (using windows 7 OS) But web site still says I need update! Is it me or the web site that has the problem?

I have latest one version of Mozilla. 115.33.0esr (64bit) on High Sierra 10.13.6. Why I obtaining this message from Google Drive - DOCS ? I think at this browser missing lots of things, some web pages do not show correctly and is impossible to report it, notwithstand Mozilla have button to reporting. Anny idea? Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? I visit the nbcnews.com web site frequently. For the past +/- 48 hours, I have been having issues. I can open the home page and scroll from top to bottom just fine. However when I now double-clcik to open a specific article, that article page opens for about one second and is then immediately replaced with a page that says "Something Went Wrong. Access to NBC News is temporarily unavailable. The problem will be resolved as soon as possible." This happens on whatever article I select. It also happens on 2 separate computers.

I e-mailed support at NBC News. Their response was "we cannot duplicate this behavior." They suggested I try another browser. I do not use anything other than Firefox, but I found an old installed copy of Internet Explorer from... 2015. IE opened the NBC News main page and all of the sub-pages just fine.

My Firefox just updated to version 115.30.0esr X64 within the past several days. I am not certain if the NBC News issue happened as a result of that update or not. Has anyone else experienced similar difficulties with this web site or as a result of this latest update?

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?

Hi, I have to use Firefox 115.18.0esr (64-bit) due to depending on accessibility tools I need.

I am now finding that websites based on the Discourse Forum will not support this version of Firefox so I was wondering if anyone knows of an FF fork that might work.

I had family over at weekend and ironically none of their Apple devices could access such forums either, not on their iPhone or their iPad.

I tried to contact Discourse but of course their own site depends on the latest version of their awful forum software too.

I think that it is shocking for any website or app or other service to just cut loose disabled, elderly and those in developed countries who depend on old software.

I am still on Win7 as that is the only platform that runs the tools I depend on.

One member of my family was talking about running an Oracle Linux server in the Cloud (wherever that is) and running virtual machines (whatever they are) to allow me to run old and new, but they said that might take months to setup and could not even be certain it would work.

I find it ironic how website are designed to not lose a single user through bad design and they they cut of thousands with this archaic policy.

So I am here to ask if there is a workaround, either a fork that works with these sites or a hack of 115.18.0esr (64-bit) that makes it report that it is V142.04 or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

Hi Mozzies When I try to play news videos from my local radio station I get this error. The videos originate from our local TV channel which uses Brightcove hosting. Safari and Google Chrome can play the videos. If I go to the source on the TV channel, I can play the video. Hardware MacBook Pro OSX 10.14.6. FireFox version 115.30.0esr (64-bit)

I'm trying to assist someone with a weird problem when using Facebook Chats from a Windows 10 Acer laptop. Often when they send a message, it disappears from their chat history BUT it stays in the recipients chat log. The recipient can reply to it but the original sent message stays gone from the senders history, it doesn't reappear when the recipient responds. Previous sender message history remains unaffected. Also if someone send them a message it will often disappear before they get a chance to read it, or it disappears shortly thereafter. I have tried clearing the cache etc to no avail. Any suggestions please?

Lately when following links from google searches to some sites I get a "can't find" or "access not allowed". These sites tend to be hardware stores - specifically Home Depot or Lowes and some times Walmart. It is NOT my OS!! Because I copy the URL and paste it into Chrome and it works just fine.

Obviously switching to Chrome would solve this issue - but I've used Firefox for years and prefer to stick with it.

What's changing out there that is causing these incompatibilities?
