hy! I'm using XP-x86, so the latest version is Firefox 52.0esr A few days ago, I can't use Google search normally, because the search result is displayed as if JavaScript is blocked. Also, I can't change my search settings, the arrow isn't active. I started FF in safe mode, but no change. Any help is appreciated.

Figured out the basic issue (from Solutions here) why old Firefox not working on old XP-SP3. Found 52.9.0esr download - but when I run the file, it keeps telling me to "Close Firefox". Used Task Manager - nothing - not Firefox or anything else - is shown to be running. Any ideas? Might not be a Firefox issue, but would appreciate any insights. TIA - Jean

Be descriptive. Saying “playing video on YouTube is always choppy” will help us understand the issue better than saying “something is wrong” or “the app is broken”.
