Firefox will not down load some email files says I need to uprgade butI have the latest upgrade but it looks like they think i am on windows 8 but I am on windows 10

Why isn't Homograph / homoglyph protection enabled by default? It's common sense. 99.9% of addresses only use simple ascii anyway.

The mouse-left click button does not work since last two updates!

The link is OK, floating menu with right click can open it in new tab, but left-click on buttons, divs, links is dead for a while

Something was changed in Firefox in the wrong direction.

Please help

I'm using Firefox 104.0.2 (64 bit) under Windows 11.

Under Settings I have selected Startup Open Previous Windows and Tabs.

I normally have more than a dozen tabs.

For the past few days, when I start Firefox my previous session is not restored and I just get the single Firefox tab.

When I got to History there is no longer a Restore Previous Session option.

How do I get it back?

Trying to use ProctorU with Firefox 104.0.2 on Windows 11 Home, and I am getting the following message : "Monitor Count : You may only use 1 monitor during your exam. Your monitor count could not be found". I searched for possible fixes, and someone mentioned removing fingerprinters, and possibly also remove cookies and tracking content from Firefox enforcement. I removed all 3 and that did not help. I also tried clearing cookies and site data and also cached web content, this did not help. Is there some other setting in Firefox that might be preventing the detection of the monitor count? Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

I have lost access to my e-mail account that I registered Firefox Accounts with and now I can't login to my Firefox account despite knowing the correct password because it insists on entering a code sent to the e-mail address I have no longer access to. Is there any way I can login to my Firefox account only with my current password to change my linked e-mail address? Or somehow ask support to change it for me manually? If none of that is possible, I want to, at the very least, deactivate or delete said account because I'm worried about the possibility of abuse.

I need to exempt a site from the pop up blocker process. When I go to Privacy & Settings/Manage Exceptions, there is no text box or other way for me to enter the site. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to change some other setting to allow exceptions?

For some reason my desktop browser version of firefox does not sync passwords with my mobile and other versions of firefox. There are NO passwords saved on my desktop version, and when I try to sync my mobile phone to my desktop there is a permanent error. I have downloaded about sync and it also shows multiple errors with my Sync.

Firefox update required me to restart Firefox. I was unable to save a bunch of work I had done in a particular tab because Firefox seems to have refused to connect to the site I was working at until I update. THAT SUCKS!

Playing back 4K YouTube videos on macOS uses software decoding, when the only GPU available is from AMD, despite the GPU being capable of VP9 decoding. Unsure if macOS's AMD drivers just don't have VP8/VP9 decoding baked in at all.

hello !, I formatted my PC and installed FF after that tried to log in but i forgot my password. so i changed it by using forgot password option. but then all my data(Bookmark , password, history...) didn't show up. i tried downgrading but still nothing. Please is there any way that i could get my former data back?

Yahoo mail Cannot select a message using the checkbox. Cannot reply, delete, etc. Trash icons are missing All works in Google Chrome. Clearing cache/cookies, restarting computer, nothing works.

The following websites no longer display text and are unusable (the newest one is lowes.com):

The websites work fine in Microsoft Edge Chromium.

The images attached are from Lowes.com - "FF" meaning Firefox, "EC" meaning Edge Chromium.

I also tried creating a new profile w/o all the security turned on. No luck - same problem.

Firefox browser occasionally downloads unknown htm files with 0KB size. If I open the file, what I see is just an empty file opened in firefox browser. I have absolutely no idea why this is happening or in what situation this happens. Has anyone heard of or solved this kind of situation before?

I recently switched to Firefox from Chrome. I imported all the bookmarks and passwords from Chrome into Firefox on Windows.

Next, I installed it on Linux and later on Android. The sync is not working properly that is what I noticed. Basically I have all the data on my Windows PC Firefox. It is not syncing between other devices, that will be my notebook running Linux and my Android Phone.

I read other similar question son the forum and did a Google search as well. I already did re-install a few times to no avail.

How do I fix this?

When I click the download button I usually see my recent downloads and click open the file directly from the drop down. After 10-20 downloads are performed the drop down no longer shows my recent files until I restart firefox. I think the issue is once you hit a certain amount of downloads the preview drop down no longer works. Is this a know bug? Its happening on any pc, im on version 104.0.2 (64-bit)

After the second to the last update to Firefox I started experiencing an information pop up message "Could not determine any profile running in backgroundtask mode!".

Is there a fix for this?
