I had this trouble after Firefox's previous update, where the browser would just close as I was in a tab. It had stopped so I thought the problem was fixed. However, it just updated the browser a few days ago and again I'm having a problem where the browser will just close in the middle of me entering information. It does not have to do with which program I am in as it just seems to happen randomly. It does not save any information I've typed in.

I have cleared my cache but I still cannot access the open pages from the task bar. Some are trying to load but don't. They also don't shut down at once when I press the x command. Some pages are working OK.

bold text So I get the latest update to Firefox this morning, open a new tab, and all the tiles I had arraigned the way I wanted them no longer in that order, some are missing, some are duplicated 2-3 times. Why can't you guys quit with the window dressing BS and just make the browser stable. Why do we need to hunt for functions that were the same for many years that you decided needed to be changed? I remember when 'Settings' was on the new tab window instead of on the drop down menu in the tool bar.

My new tab tiles are a mess and I don't think I'll ever forgive you for that!

Hello, I noticed google rolled out new icons for its workspace. However I use these workspace apps frequently and leave them on my bookmarks bar. For some reason however the docs, slides, and sheets logos respectively have defaulted their icons back to the original google drive icon. making it impossible to tell which is which from a glance. Sorry to bother y'all!

I am seeking assistance with recovering my Firefox data after resetting my laptop.

Before performing the reset, I verified that I was signed into my Firefox account and believed that Firefox Sync was enabled. After reinstalling Firefox and signing back into the same account, my previous data does not appear to be available.

I've DONE the following already- and it still doesn't work: If you're using Firefox In the Firefox menu bar, select the hamburger icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Settings.

Select Privacy & Security in the left panel.

Under Permissions, find Device apps and services, and select Settings.

In the settings window, use the dropdown menu next to the https://www.adobe.com to change permissions, and then select Save Changes.

Find Local network access under Permissions, and select Settings.

Use the dropdown menu next to https://www.adobe.com to change permissions, and then select Save Changes.

Здравствуйте, на одном из компьютеров которыми я пользуюсь браузер выдаёт всплывающее окно со следующим текстом " this profile was last used with anewer version of this application. Please create a new profile." скрин прилагаю. на всех компьютерах win10, с чем это может быть связано?

I have a Firefox/Mozilla account associated with one email address. That is my "original profile." When I try to create a new "personal" profile, and I try to log in with a different email address, it tells me that I have to log in using the primary email for my account. But I cannot do that, because I cannot be logged in to two profiles at the same time using the same account.

How can I create a different account for a different profile? I tried doing so, but it doesn't seem to allow me.

Coming from Chrome for a very long time to firefox I am used to clicking an embedded audio opening a new tab with a "playthrough" feature. When I have tried this with Firefox it automatically downloads or skips this preview capability.

My mouse is setup so that the tilt wheel does Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab rather then whatever actions the tilt wheel would normally send, and that has worked fine for years, but now all of a sudden it is not working in Firefox, it's changing the zoom level instead which is not what I want. Firefox must be reading the mouse directly or something, because it shouldn't even be getting normal tilt wheel events.

for any website playing a video, if i skip ahead or go back, the audio breaks. Its not a smooth transition like chrome. It is like it suddenly cuts off the audio and then begins at the skipped ahead point.

I've been having this problem for a wee while when I'm browsing facebook (which works better in Chrome) the site on firefox and as well as messenger is really laggy and I'm wondering if there is a hidden setting that I should change to improve this?

I only have adblock addon installed and I cleaned out the history and browser cookies ect but the problem still remains.

Any ideas? Thanks Rob
