When i use the Google option it works on the website (including support page) but in the browser this option is not available. I'm unable to unblock my account. Haven't received un unblock email or something.

How can I talk to the substack people directly? They are very remote and I am separated from them by AI which is not helpful at all. Also, all these "extras" are a nuisance. All but one supplier received them, but bizarrely [email address] claim not to have received theirs ! Having created new passwords/login details for thunderbird c.9/1/25 I cannot now access the 'sent' email referenced above.
Please can you retrieve it & confirm that autotrader would have received it.
