Hello, I hope you're doing well.
I'm currently experiencing an issue with the Smart Direct Message (Smart DM) feature in ManyChat.
Issue Description:
Direct messages sent via flows are not being delivered to some users, or they are significantly delayed.
In some cases, the message status shows as “Sent”, but the recipient never receives the message.
All flows and Instagram integration settings have been correctly configured, yet the issue persists.
Troubleshooting steps already taken:
Verified Instagram and Facebook Page connections
Confirmed that necessary permissions for messaging are enabled
Checked flow logic and timing settings
Ensured account has not exceeded messaging limits or violated policies
Since Smart DM is a key part of our user engagement strategy, I would greatly appreciate any help or insight into what might be causing this issue — whether it’s related to account limitations, platform bugs, or API constraints.

Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.
My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.
Please advise.

I have a message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." in "Settings" (about:preferences). 4. First of all, why are there two Other Bookmarks folders? When I add a new bookmark, my routine is to open Manage Bookmarks, drag the new bookmark to the second (lower) Other bookmarks folder, then choose Sort > Sort by Name. I have also tried A > Z Sort Order. The sorts work within the Manage Bookmarks window, but they are not saved automatically, and I do not see a way to save them manually. Also, if I go to the Other Bookmarks folder on the far right side of the Bookmarks Toolbar, I have to scroll down to the bottom of the list to see my new bookmarks. They are not in ascending alphabetical order the way I want them.

Every time I wake my computer up or start it, I get the attached error about a profile not being compatible. I did switch to the ESR release channel a while back, but I deleted the old profiles; the folder is gone and the profile manager shows only the ESR profile. I have also tried to prevent firefox from starting on startup, but it keeps happening. After resetting my password, none of my sync data from before the install is there. Only the sync data from my laptop, but even on my laptop it no longer lists my old computer, it is as if my PC from before the new OS has simply been deleted from the sync logs. In fact, my sync logs only go back to the moment I changed my password. I am not sure how to proceed as it appears that there aren't even any traces of my sync from before this point.
It would be nice if I could get the old tabs I had open on my desktop before I changed my OS, but it's not exactly a "world ending" situation.

I recently updated to Firefox 131.0.3, having signed out of my Firefox/Mozilla account. Now I am trying to sign back in. After a seemingly successful sign-in (with email and pw, followed by "authorization code"), I'm taken to my account page. Scrolling down to Connected Services, I can see a recognizable account name (my Windows 11 user name and the name I've assigned to my computer). But looking up at the account button at the top right of Firefox, I see a small yellow triangle. Clicking on the button, I'm told "Account disconnected." (Remember, I'm currently looking at my account page, which says I'm connected.)
So I try to log in again. I give email address and password, and authorization code, and I'm in again. Now I see an addtional account connected, "Firefox 131, Windows 10" (remember, I'm using Windows 11).
So looking up again to the upper right at the account button, I see the yellow triangle, and clicking tells me once more that I'm disconnected, even though I have my account page open in front of me.
All of this, of course, prevents me from having access to the sync function. I've been through this circle several times with the same strange results.
Anyone have any idea what' going on.
