Hi, having some browser problems. Firefox won't start even in Safe Mode and I get crash report popup every time I attempt to open it. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice with no luck. I downloaded the latest version of Firefox and that doesn't work either. I don't know what to do at this point. Any ideas?

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. I keep getting a crash report every time I click on firefox. The actual browser won't even pop up just a message saying "Mozilla Crash report" "We're sorry we will try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts" but it never restarts! I've checked for spyware/malware/viruses and have quarantined whatever was affecting my computer and still nothing. I've even tried to reinstall Mozilla but got a crash report when it tried to launch. Here is the long code I got from the crash: Crash ID: bp-db88484b-0a97-4733-9209-366622151005
It won't even let me use the "Automatically Add" troubleshooting information feature. Also if it's any help I'm using Internet Explorer right now.

Hey everybody, so, I don't know exactly what happened because I don't use the home computer but somewhere within the last 3 days my family has been unable to use Firefox and the Crash Reporter shows up immediately upon start-up. We've had this problem before and the simple fix was always to cleanly uninstall Firefox then reinstall but this has not worked this time.

Within the report, the only file flagged as missing is IPSEng32.dll
