I can no longer request further information on sites where it is possible to click and the result will be displayed. For example: I read a national newspaper on-line. After reading the article I then have the option of reading subscriber comments. When the button is pressed page says it is loading - but nothing happens. If I then switch to Edge - no problem. So I guess the problem does not lay with the newspaper. Many thanks for your help.

I have Firefox set to ask me where to download files that I want to download. It works for normal download links, but when I'm using my credit card company site's PDF viewer to look at a statement and I click on the download icon or link in the upper-left, it simply downloads the PDF (to my chosen "Save files to" folder in Settings). Is there a current way to change this behavior? Is this something that the website's code determines, overriding my Firefox setting?

Every time I empty the trash on my Mac, an "Old Firefox Data" folder immediately shows up in the trash. I find this very annoying. I've deleted the Firefox App, and I've deleted the Firefox folder from the Library in my User location. I then restarted my Mac. What else do I need to delete to get Firefox completely gone from this computer? Mozilla makes a big pitch for its efforts to make the internet a safer & friendlier place to be. I don't find this sort of behavior to be user friendly at all.

Hello I have been using Mozilla (Firefox) for many years but have now developed a log in problem.

My Bank and HP Instant Ink make me log-in twice to get to accounts. I tried both accounts on Google and they work normally. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I cannot get full print from my E-mail on the major details only get a blank page. Wile on Chrome I'm able to get every bit of details...So I have to switch back and forth....frustrating... example, I get the invoice from PayPal, but I cannot get to print the payment summary...blank page...but on Chrome I do get the whole shebang... You know what i mean?! How can I fix this....

My problem is that Firefox plays all sounds in fake 5.1. I don't have any sound extension in Fox. The other programs sounds fine. Only Firefox have this problem. I hope someone can solve my problem.

If I "Show All History", it seems to have everything there, including recent visits, however, any sites I've visited in the past several months won't show up in the address bar, only older sites I'd visited last year.

It seems like the newer sites are getting saved in history, but not indexed for the search bar. How can I fix this?

On my Personal GMAIL Account…

Why can’t I locate my emails when I deselect the folder they are in? I use to be able to deselect a folder and the email would automatically go back into my inbox.

There use to be the availability to restore from my Personal GMAIL account a 30 day previous history… I would have to wait for the restoration, and every email I had in my Personal GMAIL account could be found in my INBOX. Has FIREFOX UPDATES REMOVED THESE TWO OPTIONS FROM MY PERSONAL GMAIL ACCOUNT?

I am no longer able to log into my Capital One Venture account using Firefox. It is not a Capital One problem because I can log in using Microsoft Edge. Do I need to reconfigure something in Firefox?

I can not enter information into the required fields for my online banking billpay service with Firefox but works fine with Google Chrome.

When printing a page to PDF, with headers & footers, the default setup shows the date in right footer. However this date format is in (for me) awkward US format . Is there a way to show the date according to system regional short date & time ?

info: OS: windows 10 pro

 date format: YYYY-MM-DD
 time format: hh:mm (24-hr)

Honestly I don't have a clue as to where to look to resolve this sudden issue because I've never seen it before. While testing a simple single page static web site firefox keeps loading the same page into a new tab and a rate that I cannot keep up with. In a few short minutes there are hundreds of tabs open each with the same page. I've tried cancelling Firefox, rebooted my system, even removed and reinstalled firefox all to no avail (using Linux Mint). What's interesting is that all other browsers I try do NOT do this. They all work just fine. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions as to what might cause this and/or where to look to diagnose? Thanks in advance.

I have implemented the following CSS properties on my website to achieve a zoom effect: body {

} but it is not supported by Firefox.

I tried this approach: body{

While this approach is supported by Firefox, I am experiencing an unexpected behavior. Instead of a smooth zoom effect, the entire website is zoomed out, and the content is shifted to the left, leaving the right side blank with a white space.

I had set up my homepage on Firefox as "currently.att.yahoo.com". All of a sudden I can't get that site. When I try I get a message indicating the site isn't available in China. Why is this happening and how do I fix it. A step by step way to cure this would be appreciated. Please reply to aulonz2021@att.net my aulonz2019@att.net address is on Yahoo and I can't get there. I use the Yahoo homepage for most of my browsing and I am really upset that I can't get there!

cAPTCHA is recent problem in Firefox browser ... never before was it a problem. cAPTCHA keeps asking to choose an image but keeps on never verified ... I had to get Chrome browser to finally log in to a site I wanted.

I couldn't find a category for Firefox accounts/Mozilla accounts, so this question will be posted in the Firefox forum.

TL;DR Is there any way to get in touch with someone at Mozilla who can correct a faulty notification email address for a Firefox/Mozilla account?

My best guess is that when I first created the Mozilla account, I used the Gmail address, and even after changing the primary and secondary email addresses for the account, the Gmail address still remains somewhere in some database in the backend and it can't be removed or changed by an end user. Is there any way Mozilla can fix this issue?

The full story

Today I received an email introducing the renaming of Firefox account to Mozilla account. The email was sent to my old Gmail address even though I've changed both the primary and secondary email address in my Mozilla account settings a long time ago.

Email notifications about sign-ins and/or changes that are made to the Mozilla account are sent to the correct email addresses that I've configured in the account. So the issue is with general announcement emails regarding Mozilla accounts.

I have not received the email about the Mozilla account renaming to the email addresses that are configured in the account. Somewhere down the line I will delete the Gmail account, but that will also mean that I won't get these kind of announcements and thereby risk missing important information regarding the account.
