Hello After last firefox update this page mail.proton.me (specifically: https://mail.proton.me/u/0/inbox) does not load for me.

It works in chrome and edge but not firefox. I cleared my cookies and cache but it did not help. All I get is blank white page and sometimes error message. I attach screen from my F12 menu when I try to load page. In brave for example there is much more activity than in FF.

I'm no longer able to play Youtube videos on Firefox. I've tried everything from re-starting laptop (this worked initially) to refreshing/updating Firefox browser as well as clearing Firefox cache and cookies. Any help will be appreciated.

p.s. Youtube does work and play on my Edge browser

While i was trying to search indeed for a job the site started having a glich loading . I'm not sure if that the best term but doesn't fully load. I have had this issue at least 6x in past five years on default firefox setting and if i changed a few to make more secure . When i use other browser that are not firefox based it is fine . It happens on librewolf as well

OK, strange thing I cannot understand. an IDENTICLE URL ( cut and pasted from document ) Chrome gives one result and Firefox gives an abbreviated version of the same result. This is most noticable on Ebay when showing 'new today' items where Chrome shows Items that Firefox does not. And , No, its not a refresh or cache issue. Any ideas, thanks.

I use Firefox as my standard browser

As a subscriber to a certain Swiss daily newspaper, I have access to their digital version. For some time now, I have not been able to log in to their site. The log in page is greyed out (see first attachment).

The support agent indicated that the problem lies with the browser, and suggested that I declared their site (https://id.tamedia.ch) as an exception in the Firefox settings "Privacy and Security". The problem still remained however.

That the problem is due to the browser would seem to be confirmed by the fact that there is no problem if I use "Edge" (see second attachment).

I would prefer to remain with Firefox for all internet access. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

I started recently using Directv, I created an account with success. Now I can't get into my account. I get error that "something went wrong". I can get on account using Edge. Please advise. thanks

~4/14/25 with very 137.0.1 & .2 Duolingo is unable to complete loading after sign-in. DUO owl just keeps marching - states Loading. Continues same for hour w/ o any progress. Clearing cache, reloading page or browser with same result. Sign-In then Owl marching saying loading. Works fine with Chrome. Worked fine w FF very prior to 137.0.1 64bit. Reported to Duolingo.

Firefox is no longer compatible with my bank's system. I can't log in with the secure access code the bank sends to verify my identity when using Firefox. The bank says it is a problem with Firefox. Other browsers work flawlessly ... are you working on a solution? I only use Firefox unless forced to use something else ...

The iDrive backup app on my synology nas is accessed via a web browser over my local network using an ip address. It has a two step security setup. First to enter Synology credentials and then iDrive's. After entering the iDrive credentials, all I get is a spinning wheel. It is supposed to present a box to enter a validation code, sent to me by email (which I get). The box is never shown.

The process works in Chrome and Edge successfully. I contacted iDrive support and they told me that since it fails only in Firefox, that I should contact the browser vendor.

There is no error message.

I tried clearing my browser cache, restarting Firefox and my computer, none of which helped.

Please can you advise me?

I can no longer log into twitch, it says my browser isn't supported.

Before you say anything: I have the latest version of Firefox, I have disabled all addons, cleared all cache and cookies, even tried a complete, clean re-install. I can log-in in other browsers, just not in Firefox. I have disabled enhanced tracking protection as well, didn't work.

Does anyone have an idea?

It seems like after an update I cant connect firefox to my plex server I did a browser clear and it worked temporally but it started again. But it will connect if i use Safari Please advise Seems to be a Http Https issue

Hello, Ever since Firefox did an automatic update. I can't go to my website like crunchyroll.com & my bank account website! I used Brave browser and I can get through them easily. Could you please fix this update and firefox so I can go to my websites please? Thank you

Hi Mozilla, I'm a loyal and longtime user and have had no major problems I can remember in the last 15 years. Recently, however, I've found that over the last seven or so months I have had great difficulty managing my New York Times (http://www.nytimes.com) and New Yorker (https://www.newyorker.com/account/profile) accounts. I have had to update credit card information, change passwords and update personal information and I've only been able to do this by switching to an alternate browser (usually Safari). I'm constantly told that I should be using Chrome with them, which I DO NOT want to do. Can you find out why Firefox won't fully work with these sites? After one of the updates in March qrz.com is no longer displaying correctly. This was working before. When you lookup callsign W5WLG with Chrome you will see flags of different countries under the bold title W5WLG. This used to work fine on Firefox until about 2 updates ago. See the attached screenshots.

I regularly receive email advice (via Thunderbird) from companies to access my account with them.

Two days ago I selected a link to direct me to the secure form. I note that the exact same link has been provided to me in the past and opened. This time however I was confronted with "Invalid Address".

I was advised to copy the link into another browser; I chose "Edge" and the form opened.

I have cleared FireFox's "Recent History" but that still gives no joy.

How do I overcome this?

Is there something in a configuration file that I might edit, or a potentially corrupt Windows Registry entry?

I do not use any Windows Security depending upon Bitdefender (which has never created any issues of this nature).

Hi there team! Since a Mozilla upgrade earlier this year, I have been unable to create a reply to certain posts made by folks I follow on Threads social media. It occurs about 20% of the time, intermittently yet consistently. When I seek to create a reply, the response window opens with a restricted field that does not allow me to enter any text. Please see the attached screen shot. It's just a box with no cursor. The restriction has never occurred when I'm on Edge or Chrome, only on Firefox. But I prefer Firefox. I am a senior who uses an IBM-clone desktop running Windows10 (contemplating Win11, but that's another story). I use standard Mozilla security settings for browser privacy. Firefox browser is current. I have attempted shutting down all ad blockers in isolation and in combinations attempting to rectify with no results. I am guessing I possibly have some setting out of whack, but I have no clue what this is called or how to fix this. Not a major issue but a continual annoyance and a puzzlement. Am I the only person who has this problem? Is it a Threads issue perhaps? (their help is non-existent). However the issue does not occur when I use Threads on my Android phone, and it has never occurred on Bluesky, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube or any other platform I access. I try to connect to gpx.studio and I get the message

"WebGL 2 is required to display the map."

then "Hmm. While your browser seems to support WebGL2, it is disabled or unavailable"

However, when I connect to the same site with Chrome everything works and the map is displayed.

What can I do ? Is it a problem of graphic card blocked by Firefox ?
