Firefox previously worked but now I can't open it at all. It does not work in Safe Mode and I can't reset it. I can't open Firefox to get to the Profile Manager
I have been looking at all of the forums and tips for Firefox crashing, but cannot open Firefox to fix them. Additionally, I tried finding my profile without opening Firefox, through the "Application Support" folder. However there was no "Firefox" folder there, or a "Profiles" folder. Can someone please help?
