Took me a little time to find a correct downloadable version of Mozilla FF 22, but once I got my hands on it: problem fixed!

Sorry Mozilla Firefox 23, but you'll have to wait a bit longer. You'll have to understand the dictionaries play an important role on the kind of usage I give to you, and if you can't handle the ones you provide on your own add-ons download page, something must be outrageously wrong.

In conclusion, the way to fix this problem is: downgrade your Firefox to previous version (22), by uninstalling the most recent version, and installing the older one.

Problem fixed, and as far as I'm concerned, you may close this one. Thanks a lot to everybody.

NOTE
Apparently this problem was caused by a Firefox bug that was fixed in Firefox 23.1 The nature of the problem was such that none-English installs were most likely to be affected.
