Recently the audio from www.oneplace.com comes through with intermittent sound. The sentences are complete overall, but with brief interruptions while using my main Firefox browser. When I switch browsers to I.E. on the same computer, the sound is normal all the way through. This has gone on for a month or so. As far as I can tell I have the up to date addons, but the problem persists. Any ideas where this problem lies? Thank you. Carlisle F. Boykin-

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:

  • disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
  • disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Does disabling hardware acceleration help? Doing that might be worth a try.

It was worth a try, but didn't fix the problem. Thank you for your advice, nevertheless. I appreciate it. CFB-

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

Thanks for your help. I have already corrected the problem by disabling the protected mode in Flash 11.3. CFB-
