Hi wizardmaker77, what does the warning look like?

When you first install an extension from a previously unapproved site, there is a box that drops down from the address bar with an Approve Allow button. Is that the one you're seeing? Usually you don't see this on the Add-ons site because it is pre-approved in the settings here:

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Security

Here you will find

X "Warn me when sites try to install add-ons"

I recommend leaving that warning turned on and being cautious about making exceptions using the Exceptions button to the right.

Typically you find addons.mozilla.org in the exceptions list. Do you have that? If not, you could add it.

If you still get the error, something may be wrong with the site this morning.
