How do I make the PDF viewer show pages two-up (Like View-> Page Display -> Two Page View in Acrobat)?

The built-in PDF viewer (PDF.js) does not appear to have this functionality, or if it does, it is hidden from me :( Is there a way to do this?

I'm not sure that is possible. If you prefer to use the Adobe plugin, this post has the steps to make the switch: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/951147#answer-411853
