Hello rude1, you should try launching Firefox with Add-Ons disabled as I suspect some of your Add-Ons to be outdated our corrupted. You can check whether or not they are on the [http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ plugincheck] page. Let me know how it goes.

Recently, the Yahoo Toolbar and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause that problem. They seem to overlap invisibly over the top of the web page display. Thanks, I simply hide the yahoo toolbar and the problem is gone. It is the invisible overlapping of the toolbar.
