Firefox will not download new 9.0.1. I press upgrade and download happens. All I have left is a unresponsive , blank download page. Please help.
My current version is 3.6. Upgrade to 9.0.1 appears to go through normal process. All I have though is a blank and unresponsive download page. I do press "save file" as only other choice is Cancel. I have tried many, many times to upgrade. I am ready to scream. ( which is Not NORMAL) for me! Migraine is not helping. At first, I assumed update took place. next day it was obviously nothing changed. The only thing that did happen one time is that I also signed up for e mail updates too. I receive the updates.

Did you try to download and save the file to your desktop or is that failing as well?
