More details please. What happens when you try to open your bank site? Does it display an error -- if so, what is the exact wording of the error? Why do you say "I think I need 32 bits"?

Thank you for taking of your time! I have now solved the problem by phoning to my bank.. The bank was familiar to it and we reinstalled their program. So it was easier than I thought. (I said 32 bits because that was shown on a message I got in the beginning)
