When I download Firfox and click finish I receive the following message: The proxy server is refusing connections Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
I can not down load Firefox I keep receiving the same message

Check the connection settings.
- Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection > Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy" if the default "Use the system proxy settings" setting doesn't work.
