Firefox crashes
Everytime I start up Firefox, it crashes. I can't even upen it up to start it in safe mode. I don't have any idea what to do anymore. I have updated, uninstalled & reinstalled the softwear but it STILL crashes. I use this to do my work on. Now because of this problem, I am behind with work. It keeps saying it will find a solution to the problem, but it never does.

there is no such a version Firefox 3.8, remove your Firefox completely and install Firefox 8 and try
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
